I just left this place while they were super busy. I ordered a family meal with multiple sides. The wait was a bit, but the workers kept a great attitude! They were super friendly and did their best to get things out quickly. Thank you!
I called my order in. I told them I wanted corn on the cob, mac and cheese, two mashed potatoes, 8-piece family meal, chicken livers and four rolls. Well, I got conuggets(which I did not order at all), four pieces of corn, four rolls, two mashed potatoes and an eight piece chicken. When I got there they told me they were out of chicken livers and mac and cheese. Every time I go there it's a fiasco. I guess I will go back to KFC and pay their prices. At least you get what you pay for. I try Charlie's over and over again. I'm done this time. Trying to support our local businesses. It's not working for me. But.... The 8 piece chicken we got was phenomenal!
Nicest man was cooking, he came out of the kitchen to help my husband find forks. Juiciest and most tender chicken we've had in a while from a restaurant.
I pay $25 for 12 chicken chunks and 2 cups of white gravy and my chunks are cut in half or small. Pics attached. I'm irritated at the chunks I got tonight and we eat Charlie's chicken at least 2 times a week.
I just drove through the take out I was stopping by there to pick up dinner for a friend of mine that had to work late And actually this is the 1st time that I ate there the people in the drive thru were very friendly and easy to talk to When I asked for extra stuff they even gave me extra stuff on top of the extra stuff which was well appreciated Only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because they don't serve shakes And my late night card working friend loves shakes loves ❤️ them

Met the owners tonight. Restaurant was clean, food was hot and yummy. The staff was friendly and helpful. I especially love their fried chicken livers and rolls. My husband had the rotisserie chicken, he said it was great. We’ll go back soon. We like to support the Westside restaurants.
I've been there only a couple of times. The food was good but best of all was the customer service. Thank you guys for helping support Robertson Elementary.
Hot and fresh, the staff was wonderful, they made sure we had everything we needed. Went through drive thru. Fast service.
Stopped by on our way back to Wisconsin from Tx, great food and great friendly staff. Got 6pc combo w/mashed potatoes and the oh so good Mac and cheese. On my way to the hotel I had to turn the van around to go back for the famous chunks. Im glad I did, they are life changing.
