Last few times have been a great experience top to bottom. The service was fast and friendly. The chunks weren't too big so they gave me an extra. Corn dodgers have never made the trip home. Yummy yummy love me some dodgers!! Going again soon. Highly recommended!!!
The chicken was so salty I could feel it hurt my stomach after the first bite. The okra had no flavor and was not crispy/crunchy and the macoroni and cheese was badly bland
This is by far the worst Charlie's chicken I've ever seen. No napkins, no dipping sauce, no butter for rolls, ice cold potatoes and gravy, and the inside of the building smells like a rats nest.
Met my family there for dinner after work. The staff was friendly and the food was great. We had a great time and a fantastic dinner.
The food is great but why is it the size of chicken has changed? Chicken chunks are now 1/2 size of before.
Food was ok, we dined in expected hot food but got luke warm. Service was good, no condiments on the table or anywhere in sight. Probably would eat at another site though.
Ordered from home and paid by phone. Picked up at the window in 10 minutes.Delivered it to my wife delicious and hot.
Just picked up some food through drive in. It was absolutely TERRIBLE! Food was cold, tough and tasted like it was cooked in old grease. On top of that, we checked the menu with prices before we left the house. We ordered 2 2-chunk dinners (4.99 ea on the internet page). HOWEVER, instead of 4.99, the price was 7.09 ea. SOoo. If you want bad food at twice the price, this is the place to go. I’m sure Charlie Randolph would not be happy with this restaurant!!! DO NOT GO HERE EXPECTING QUALITY CHARLIES CHICKEN!!!! BAD, BAD, BAD
I eat here pretty often cause it's close to my job. Service and food are always excellent.
OMG talk about awesome! It was a COLD RAINY NOVEMBER NIGHT and the black pepper gravy n mashed potatoes, cheesy mac and cheese and 5 big chicken chunks really hit the spot on a yucky weather night. The customer service was top flight from the moment i walked into the door with a friendly greeting. Each employee along the serving line was fast and friendly! The food quality was exceptional! Solid 5 stars!!!
