Scrumptious, well-priced food and the best mango jalapeno margarita cocktail ever!
This is a tremendous art deco restored property. It is a great location. The rooms are very clean and inviting. The customer service is absolutely extraordinary! The shuttle service is a nice amenity. The restaurant and bar are fantastic, in decor, service and quality of food and drink.
Unfortunately, I can’t write a great review of this restaurant. We had wanted to try it for awhile and finally went for dinner. The atmosphere is okay but lacking something…I’ll say ambiance. The lights should be dimmed after a certain hour. It was too bright. We should have sat at the bar and if we go again (unlikely), we will sit at the bar.We ordered mango margaritas and I had a Paloma Fresca after my first margarita. Both were way too sweet and barely had tequila in them. I should have learned my lesson after the first margarita. I might as well have ordered juice. Weak! Both overpriced. We had ceviche as appetizer. It came in a small martini glass - for $15. I liked the (pita?) bread that came with it. Ceviche was typical and nothing special. It also could have been presented better. Way overpriced. My partner ordered the burger and I had the shrimp and grits. Shrimp and grits had elements that were tasty but needed more salt than I usually put on my dishes. The burger and french fries were standard in taste. I’d say both dishes could have been $5 less. We’re not cheap diners but I expect prices to reflect skill and taste. This place’s prices did not reflect that at all.
First off, I cannot comment on the food or prices because we never made it that far. When we got there, we waited inside the front door for a few minutes before anybody talked to us. The bar tender who was right there didnât even take the time to say âSomebody will be right with you.â When the hostess (or maybe one of the waitresses) finally talked to us, she checked our reservation and told us they would have to see if they could get us a table, but we were seated quickly after that. She left us with two glasses and menus on tablets but walked off with the bottle of water before pouring any into our glasses. We perused the menu, and the wait staff visited the tables all around us. After about eight plus minutes of no interaction from the wait staff (not even a âIâll be right thereâ) and no water to sip on, we got up and left. Itâs the kind of place that thinks itâs fancy enough to not even put the prices on the menu, so I have no idea what the prices are like. A friend had told me it was overpriced when I asked what she knew about the place the day before. The atmosphereâ¦well it wants to be a modern, fancy restaurant, but with the lighting and white tile, it feels more like a diner with fancy decorations. In the end, we made the right choice in leaving and going to a speak easy themed restaurant a couple blocks away. We had a great meal and experience there.
With an appointment in downtown Tulsa, my wife had found this little gem, The Chamber, at the The Tulsa Club hotel. Very quiet, quaint and very welcoming. Annie was very pleasant when we walked thru the door, spent time describing the hotel, the setting and what the hotel had to offer. Rowena was very active in preparing tables very elegantly yet poured up some great Mamosa’s. Our meals were very delicious, biscuits & gravy and the casual breakfast were very tasty! The chef, Amanda, visited our table for a follow up “how is everything”? We felt important as customers and well taken care of! We even benefited from an anniversary cancellation and were given a plate of some very delicious chocolate covered strawberries!! Thank you ladies for a job well done and we’ll be back!
Beautiful Art Deco building and updated decor and amenities that stays true to the original. Accessible rooms were truly accessible. Staff was attentive and helpful. Went for a girls weekend. Great location. Bar was lovely. Exemplary lodging and will stay again.
Black bean mushroom burger was the perfection - dense, tender and moist with plenty of textural variation! Great option for vegan/vegetarian.In short, excellent food and good service!

I travel to Tulsa many times a year and always make time for at least one meal at Chamber. The Chamber doesnât really advertise so itâs probably the best kept secret in downtown Tulsa. The food is always cooked to perfection and delicious! Service is outstanding and the bartenders are great!
