They have a functional drive through and have a clean establishment. Food takes a few minutes to receive but this is likely because they are cooking quality food to order. For a drive through experience, this is good food.The food feels like a healthy blend of texmex and American food cooked by knowledgeable hispanic Americans. I really like it and I'm glad they're here.
I was looking forward to trying this restaurant. I was surprised at the price of a single breakfast burrito ($7.95). Likely surprised was the size of them, there HUGE. However, I was really disappointed with the flavor. I ordered the chorizo burrito. It was greasy, which is expected of chorizo, but it had no flavor. There was no spices or seasonings. It was a mouthful of grease. I will give them another chance but if it produces the same results, it will be the last visit.
Friendly and fast service. Food was excellent and the portions were huge. The prices were also really cheap for the good quality and large portions. We will definitely be back.
Bomb! I'm a burrito guy and they knock it out the park, the salsa they give you is thick and delicious unlike any other Mexican place I've been too. Low-key be wanting them to sell it a la carte
Terrible service? How about no service at all? Went to try this place. It was recommended by a friend. I walked in and the 2 employees were talking. Then they walked away into the back. I was never even acknowledged. The guys who were in line in front of me left. I waiting another few minutes. There was a 3rd employee cleaning trays, also ignoring me. There’s no way she couldn’t have seen me standing 3 feet in front of her. I’ve been standing here for about 5 minutes at this point. I’m the only person at the counter. Finally another guy walks up and says “Hey are you in line?” I said yeah. That’s when the 3rd employee finally acknowledged my existence and all she said was “Are you picking up?” I said “No I wanted to order some food”. She points down the counter and says “You can order there” which is were the other 2 employees had been talking and had left to go to the back to continue their conversation. There wasn’t anyone there. I was done waiting at that point and just left. I was ignored and so were the 2 guys in line in front of me. I never even tried the food. I’m not going to spend my money where I’m ignored and treated like I’m invisible.
The food was ok I ordered a steak burrito and 3 tacos a steak taco, carnita taco and a pastor taco. I couldnt tell the difrence betwen pastor and steak tge carnitas taco was great. The burrito was a good size burrito served by it self no sides or anything I spent little over 15 dollars. So food was ok. Prices within average for tacos. The place was pretty clean and not crowded at all. I was thd only guest I came in 0840 It was my first time here so I asked for a menu and the guy said we dont have any you can look at the public menu above the counter. Then I asked so whats the difrence betwen meat burrito and steak burrito and he answered carelessly its the same I finaly ordered and they were so mad I could hear them saying People with no life would wait last minute before the restaurant closes to order food. Very rude and inapropiate. I didnt care anyhow I waited for my food, it took then like 8min to get it toguether. Very bad customer service. I really like how the llace its decorated.
Pulled up after a 2.5 hour drive to tulsa at 9:47 pm. Drive thru guy said how can I help you? We said one moment since we has never had Calaca before. We were looking at the menu real quick and he gets back on and says sorry were closed. No you weren't closed - just didn't feel like cleaning up after making our food. Will never try this place again. 2 people who have worked their butts off never took a break during the pandemic and just drove almost 3 hours and hungry? Horrible customer service. Funny thing is all we wanted was a couple tacos and maybe a burrito. I'd be ashamed to be his manager.
Star service ! Owner is awesome and Very understanding. It was our first time eating inside and he was so fantastic. A must eat if you are in T Town !!! The fries are delicious ! Will be back again for sure.
Just ordered through door dash. Didn’t receive our calaca fries, zero salsa, and my California burrito had 1 speck of meat it in.
