It’s great but the golden tee machines are broken and the lazy owner won’t fix them
Aside from the fact that we had to wait behind 2 other parties to be seated and no one was at the host stand. (FYI- Many open tables) There were other issues with this visit. It took 30 minutes to get our food and it was only warm not hot. We ask for a ticket for each person a table, that took ten minutes to get. In all we were way over our lunch hour with sub par food. We won't be back.
Had been craving some wings for a couple weeks so stopped in this BWW while in the area on business. Was met at hostess area quickly and was seated on a 6-top. That’s where the experience turned negative. At this point I watched as three servers walk back and forth by my table and seemed to avoid my attempts to get attention. The room was less that 25% occupied and about half of the tables were about to leave. J Finally I got up to walk into the bar area to see if I could get service, but the bar was tight and the room was pretty nauseating (smoke). At this point I just walked out the front without anyone being in the front area. I went to the BBQ place next door and was served immediately (Albert G?)
My wife and I went in on a Saturday night. The entire place was crowded and there was a long wait for a table. So we sat at the bar. There were a lot of beers on tap but the beer I wanted was tapped out. I chose another beer and was happy with it. The bartender was working extremely hard all alone behind the bar. She served the entire bar. We ordered food and everything was excellent. We spent the entire evening there and watched the NCAA tournament Our tab was more than $100. We paid with our debit card and left a tip in cash. A couple of days later, we found the bartender had added another $25 to our tab and tipped herself very well. The manager agreed to pay us back, but it still hasn't happened and it's been a week.
Omg! What a nightmare. My boyfriend and I occasionally come here after work as it’s one of the few places that are open late. This last time it was just me and it was absolutely insane in there. No organization or communication happening with the staff, phone was going off, and only one host behind the to-go stand with a huge line of people. Mind you, these girls are in high school/college. They’re not responsible for the chaos that would later ensue. So, the girl cashes out my meal, which said it would be done by 10:20 (I placed it 40 minutes prior, more on that later…) and I’m waiting. It turns 10:20 and I’m surprised it took that long. It was a kids meal with an extra side of fries! Anyway, the manager gets yelled at by a different patron (not me because I know better) and at that point, I just wanted a refund for the food I’d been waiting over 40 minutes for. The manager than rushes my meal to me, then begins to accuse me of lying about my wait time and begins berating me, all of which was entirely unprompted as I never even asked for her opinion or anything. I simply told her to find a new job because I also witnessed her yelling at the wait staff, which again, shouldn’t be held responsible for poor management. I hope they figure it out soon. I really enjoy chicken wings.
The appeal of wings night at bdubs has gone way down. On half price wing night the place was pretty empty. It was late though. The server was decent. The food took like 25 minutes which seems odd for boneless chicken wings. Worth the wait. The wings were hot and flavorful. I love there ranch for dipping. There carrots and celery are so fresh as well.

This was bad even for them. The wings were barely room temp, the sauce was cold on the wings. The fries were also just room temperature. The food was terrible the only good thing was the service. She made sure we have our drinks beer full.
Waited 15 minutes before we were initially acknowledged. Finally had our order taken. Wings, a salad and appetizer. Appetizer was served WITH the meal, and salad was brought 15 minutes after the meal. Seems to me they need more staff on a Friday night.
The service was decent and our waitress was awesome!! However, we waited for our food for 30 minutes and by the time it got to us, it was soggy and cold. Two of our burger buns were so soggy you could use it as a sponge. On top of that, the food was mediocre at best.
