New parking lot, new paint, and still great food and service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My husband and I like trying new places (for us), around Tulsa since moving here. Loved the food and service at Brownies!! We ordered hamburgers, fries, onion rings and Freedom fries. Oh, also their root beer. EVERYTHING was delicious! Hubby especially loved his fries, I'm picky about onion rings, these were 5☆ great! Lightly breaded and cut thin. Looking forward to returning and trying breakfast next!
Cute classic diner , needs a lot of TLC. Food was good. Building is falling apart and needs a deep clean. Need more staff. Wait staff were doing best they could to keep up with the demand. Only 2 girls to wait , bus tables and check folks out. Now staff could have called In or it just was an unusual day. Being a former restaurant owner I understand the turn over. However I always had full staff because I always over hired. Definitely need to fix the parking lot it’s like the Grand Canyon.
Had the ooey gooey burger, which includes cheese, bacon, and ranch, with a side of fried okra, homemade root beer, and a slice of chocolate pie. Definitely recommend. Not big on root beer? You still do not want to miss out on this, served cold in a frosted glass. Chocolate pie is old school. All-around great meal in classic atmosphere.
The burger was delicious and the onion rings were some of the best. Plus their in-house root beer is on par if not better than what you get at stores. Add in the wonderful staff service and I would choose Brownie's over fast food restaurants any day.
The food is fantastic. The ceiling looks like it had some water damage recently, but other than that the atmosphere was pretty cool and retro. Our waitress worked her butt off and was super polite. Loved this place. We will eat here again.
Service wasn't good. Placed an order to-go while wife and kid were in car. Waitress did not write it down, and got it wrong, had to wait even longer. Fries tasted horrible. Burgers weren't that good. 3 stars is being generous because the homemade root beer was decent, although I got no refill served with my float. Gone way down hill since I used to visit
