Great trip to the Brook South on 02/21/22.Quick late lunch with a variety of items to be shared by all!Southwest Chicken Nachos keep us coming back, a family favorite! We love the salsa too!Mac and Cheese is another favorite. We always heavily pepper and then salt as we like a bit more flavor.The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was yummy and huge! The chicken was very well cooked.Tried the French Dip for the first time, the cheese to meat ratio was perfect and we liked the bread.The fries were our least favorite part, huge portion for the price, but while fresh they were freshly cooked in old grease and remained untouched by the table after sampling.

Went in on 12/23/25. Had the chicken fried steak. But let's start with the Caesar salad. Lettuce was old, salad was slimy. Probably the most disgusting salad I've ever had placed before me. Then it got worse. The entree was absolutely grotesque. Mostly breading, and what meat there was was black! Tasteless, gross and just horrible. At least the service was terrible, too. Matched the food. Oh, ordered an appetizer of fried mushrooms that showed up about five minutes after our main course. And they looked almost as bad as they tasted. I can only give this restaurant zero stars because I can't go lower. Go to Arby's. This was the worst experience I've had in a restaurant ever.
Amazing food, large portions. Never had a poor experience dining in, take out, or delivery. It's my family's go to. Kiddos love the mac and cheese and I'll never turn away one of their french dip or philly cheesesteak sandwiches.
I would recommend that their waitresses would stop lieing and overchargeing you because they get in trouble for doing something. and the managers quit having a attitude,being rude and yelling at you, and calling you a lier because their waitess didn't do their job and lied what they did
Great Food, Service, and Price. Most often two can share one plate, we usually add an extra side like cheese fries and a couple of beers. No disappointments!
Came in for dinner tonight. My husband order the fish and chips (full order) it had 4 small pieces of fish. I ordered the fish wrap and my fish was old and dried out, it had way more lettuce, tomato and cheese than fish. We said something about the fish and the waitress said Yeah I noticed it was smaller. We won’t be back. $50 for 2 to eat and it wasn’t that great.
What happened to the taste!!!We always order the southwest chicken nacho’s.The taste always before one of the best. This visit was the nacho’s so bad!!! They were not the same. So bland, something was changed I’m sorry to say the Long Island Ice Tea with Pepsi not Coke. They have the best. Hands Down the best. Hope that does not change. We Loved you Brook. Fix the Southwest Nacho’s!!!!
I recently had lunch with a friend here and was pleasantly surprised! Lunch portions were quite large. Service slightly slow, but understandable in this current season of everyone wanting to hire more staff. The food was good, great atmosphere to talk. I’ll be returning here!
