If there was a zero that's what I would give them. Saturday afternoon July ,2nd 2022. I go in Braums on 71st and 169 in Tulsa for a burger before going home. I waited 25 minutes for my food! I had asked 3 times before. When I had enough I go back to the counter and ask where is my food. This store is ran by I saw 7 kids!! Not an adult in site. My answer was my ticket got threw away, they could refund my money. Hell if my money was what I wanted I would have came home and ate, which I did anyway. I will be calling Braums in Tuttle on Tuesday. No more Braums for me, this is the 3rd time I had problems with them.
Today I have made the decision to never return to this location. It’s the closest to me which is why I have continued to give chances. Literally every time I visit my order is wrong or there’s something in my ice cream. Last week I ordered a orange sherbet freeze and was given a soda. The employee came to the window, handed it to me, and before I could even look at it she was gone. So I waited for someone to come back to the window then I was told to pull around so it could be fixed. This was the third time my orange sherbet freeze was messed up. Tonight I ordered regular ice cream in a cup. I started to eat it and all was good then as I get further into my dessert I hear a crunch. There was something dark in my vanilla ice cream. Not sure if it was a chocolate chip, a nut, or what. But to me this isn’t ok because the different flavors shouldn’t be crossed. I’m done with this location.
This establishment was amazing the tables were clean, the floor was clean,even the bathroom was clean! The food was also amazing I recommend this place definitely worth it!
I had to stand 15 minutes before getting to place my order. No one else in lineGROSSLY UNDERSTAFFED and manager was blind to front counter activities.
The staff was very friendly & helpful.Prices are pretty reasonable.The food is really good.We went with a 4yr old & 8yr old, so I had to get them ice cream (ha, like I won't have if I was by myself). So many awesome choices & the price is very good.
Friendly, prompt service in the drive-thru. There were 4 vehicles in front of us, but our food order was delivered in a timely manner; actually a little quicker than we expected for as busy as it was. Our order was correct. The food was delicious, as usual. (We LOVE the fries!)
Foods barely good. For having a litlle market, id think the food would be fresher. The employees are never friendly, they give off the vibe of feeling like they hate there lives.
Braums is the best in ice cream. I also purchase the 1% fat milk. My grandmother used to call it blue milk because it's like drinking wat -downed milk :). Which is true if you ever had the low fat or 1 % milk. Now, Braums low fat or 1% fat is different. It still has the milk flavor. It is lighter than regular milk true, but it tastes good. I will spend the extra 50 cents of whatever the difference is compared to other stores. It is definitely worth it. Their 2% milk tastes delicious as well. Braums milk has A2 fresh milk. They have their own farms, which I will visit at one point - if it's open to the public with this civid stuff. That means that the milk is not in route and then sits on the shelf for a long time. Braums milk has more protein, calcium and vitamins. Now I don't know if that means that all their dairy products do
Great customer service and everything made exactly how we ordered it. Their chocolate shake was delicious and their quarter pounder didn't taste like it was from a frozen patty. My daughter loved their salty fries too.Hit the thumbs up button below if this was helpful?
My wife and I got our order quickly and it was good. I can't remember ever going to this place before but we were satisfied.
