This is not the only store that has problems. Everytime I order breakfast. My hashbrowns are not fresh as you can tell because they are not or warm. I had a sausage, egg, cheese on English muffin at one of the stores and it was so salty, I thought they had dumped an entire salt shaker in it. Today I order the same breakfast and asked if they salt the patty and they said they do not. Weird, then why do I taste salt. My hashbrowns were not even warm. I asked for fresh hashbrowns and the lady tried to tell me they were...like I'm too stupid to tell the difference.

What I love most about braums, is the fact they use simple ingredients well. Since they have their own milk and dairy products their ice cream is a step-above the rest.

6:34 am 4/20 I drove through for an English Muffin with egg, bacon and cheese. "Pull up to second window" was the command given to me after I ordered, mm some one is grumpy today I thought. The girl took my card and was gone with it long enough for me to worry about where my card was, since I couldn't see her! No one in front of me, no one in back of me-I was told to pull up and they would bring IT out to me. A few minutes later, here comes the girl from window area- LOOKING AT HER PHONE while slowly walking to me!! WHAT THE!!! She was on her PHONE while delivering my sandwich! CRAZY. The English muffin was NOT toasted, it was dry and not appealing at all! (And I love English Muffins!)Wasn't worth the money I spent or the time. Once again I got bad service at this store! Didn't want to drive on down to the 'other" fast food breakfast place today, now I remember why I do!

didn’t order cos the drive thru lady was rude. we weren’t even at the box for thirty seconds and she asked if we were ready three times, husband kept saying “just a minute,” “looking at the menu one second,” etc. you could even hear another worker in the back say “hello???” even though he responded multiple times that he wasn’t ready. i understand fast food is a frustrating job but this indicated the food wasn’t worth the hassle.

When I went today I had no one in line and it took forever to get my order taken. Didn’t get acknowledged or got told it’ll be a moment. Their drive through wasn’t busy either. But after 8 minutes of waiting I got my order taken. After a couple minutes people started coming in and it was getting busy. But after 10 minutes I started going to the front waiting for my icecreams. Noticed everyone after me getting their orders right away. Which I didn’t say anything. But after almost 20 minutes of waiting I finally got one of my order which was a banana split. Even though I saw people after me getting their split. Then she stated they ran out of vanilla when she could have told me from the beginning. It probably ran out after giving everyone their ice cream. The problem I had was the attitude the girl gave. I’m very understanding and patient to wait for food especially if they are understaffed and busy. But for them to serve others that ordered after me was unacceptable.

I was the only one in line at the drive thru...the order taker was unwelcoming and abrupt...at the window there was no greeting just the request for the balance...I asked if she had a manager and she said yes, turned and walked away. Sam the manager came and apologized for her. Hopefully this young employee will be reprimanded. Disrespect at this young age will only continue in every aspect of their lives.

This store is clean most of the time with a friendly staff.Great place for ice cream, burgers, and fresh milk and orange juice.

Love this ice cream store. Their waffle cones are fresh and crispy. The best ones I’ve ever had. They have decent flavored cinnamon rolls.

We moved along 71st in 2016. We visited this store often. Every single time our order was wrong. We rarely went in. One time my wife had pulled up to get her order and the 2 managers were being told by someone that they shouldn't scheduled breaks at the same time. We moved at the beginning off 2020. Tonight (12-28-21) we were in the area and a hamburger and a sunday sounded good. we were so greatly disappointed. Nothing had changed! This time we decided to go in an order and pick out our sunday. We ordered got our drinks and then we went to the restrooms. We received our orders and they were wrong, twice. We decided to leave rather than order ice cream. This store is not managed as to corporate standards. Management has not trained their employees. I have attached a few pics. Some are of the men's room and the dining room.

Scott is a great manager at this location. He was very kind and has great staff. Keep up the good work guys!
