Horrible service at Braum’s on 11th near Garnett. I was in drive through I paid for my ice cream she said she couldn’t take the dollar because it was ripped and it had tape on it to hold it together. I said I never heard of that before. She said are you going to pay another way I started first seeing if I had change to pay with that and then was getting card to pay a different way. While doing that I asked her name she said Brenda then she said you can just give the ice cream back. When she said that rudely I asked her to give me my money back and I will give her the ice cream back. When she was giving it back rudely she dropped the money all on ground (the coins part of money) I just gave her the ice cream back to her it was dripping and nasty anyways. I asked for the cooperate number she said she have it, but can’t give it to me. I asked to talk to manager she said she was the manager , but gave me 2 different names first Brenda then after throwing my money on ground said she will pick it up I asked what’s your name again when she was outside picking up change she dropped she then said Ashley me and my son looked at each other. He said Brenda I said I thought you said Brenda and she ignored me and walked off she was very rude. This was a very horrible experience
The floor was nasty and they had flies. Food was good but those things were not very good about the flies and the floor being dirty.
S.L.O.W... wow, crazy slow. Not in the best condition certainly and could use a heck of a cleaning. Three of the four people behind the counter were unable to communicate and would just stand and smile when items like "#8, crispy" were said. Pleasantness is nice and everything but one must be able to do one's job or it isnt worth that much.
I stopped to get ice cream with my son after a long drive on a really hot day. Had to use the restaurant before ordering. Question, Is it the position of Braums that your stores public restrooms are for paying customers only, or is that just the shift Managers personal views on vagrancy? If I didn't need to use it so bad, I wouldn't have asked, because I assumed they were out if order, they just had the whole area blocked off with wooden highchairs. Furthermore, it is too hot to do that to people. Imagine walking 6 blocks to use the restroom in this heat to find out you should have walked the other direction because Braums can't afford to let someone use the restroom if they didn't buy something. I have been homeless before, and being a burden is already tearing you apart, the last thing you need is to believe that you shouldn't even be a part of society because your favorite ice-cream parlor won't even allow you to use there restrooms unless can buy something. BUT IF THIS IS THE POSITION BRAUMS WANTS TO TAKE, THEN YOU WOULD HAVE TO HAVE IT POSTED ON THE FRINT DOORS OF ALL YOUR STORES, AND IF YOU HAVE SIGNS ON THE HIGHWAY, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD TO THEM THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE PUBLIC BATHROOMS. If you don't want to find yourself in court that is. As far as my family and I are concerned, we will not be visiting my my favorite ice cream parlor again unless this issue is addressed. My best regards,-a concerned Republican-
I have had good food here, but the other night we wanted the bag of burgers and all of the buns were all burnt and it made the burger taste dry even with ketchup, and leaves a burnt aftertaste. The frozen yogurt is super good tho.
I used to work for Braums when I was younger. This is my favorite place to get sundaes, shakes or just ice cream.
I visit the drive-thru 5 days a week for my morning beverage on the way to work. The girls always have a big smile and a kind word. They always make my day before it even starts.
Never come here in the afternoons or on weekends. The children they employ completely ignore you. I live very close to this store so I come here often. 2 out of 3 visits a week I walk out after waiting for more than 5 minutes for someone to at least acknowledge my presence . Also taking into account when they're busy I get that but even when they're not busy it's the same.
Went to Baskin-Robbins they had only three different ice creams to choose from so we went down to Braum's Ice Cream they were sufficiently supplied with any and every kind
Every to to Braums is wonderful because I know I'm going home to have something I purchased there sand it's all good. The best milk and butter you can get.
