Let me start here with the manager is amazing he attempted to fix my issue. I had ordered a grilled chicken club which came out cold. He took it back and had it remade. But the remake came out burned and the lady working the grill was beyond rude. She yelled at the manager for telling her to bring it over to us. Then when my husband told her “ thank you” she rolled her eyes at him and shoved it into his hands. The manager offered us a free ice cream cone but I was beyond done.
We got our drinks at Braums on 71st near Riverside Drive. There was a line at the drive through when we arrived. It moved very quickly. The staff was friendly and got our order correctly the first time. Our limeades had very little flavor. We checked our drinks. The limes were so dehydrated that the peel was paper thin. The cut sides of the limes looked as if they had been cut several days ago. The limes had not been squeezed in either drink. We had sugar water with a lime well past using floating in it.
Great west side location seems like 71st Street and Trenton can't get stuff together. No TP in men's restroom and lady took my order was going take care of customers walked in after me based on color and charged me before making my order. Washes hands starts playing with wrist then makes my order.
It's braums. It's good! Nothing fancy but it's good. I'm writing the review for the location. The people that work at this Location are ALWAYS super kind. We have been coming here for 15+ years. It's down the street from our church so it's somewhere we frequent often. Sometimes it's just our family and sometimes we bring a crowd. They have never treated us bad or turned us away.
Just had the nicest young man wait me at the drive thru. Actually appeared the entire crew working tonight seemed happy and smiling as if they enjoyed their job. They deserve praise for a great job. The day shift are never friendly and almost down right rude. Keep up the good work shift. ?
I went to this store and ordered a combo which included fries. When they called my number I grabbed my order and when I sat down I realized my fries had been strewn onto a tray that was missing the liner.I watched subsequent person after person after person pick up food trays all with liner on them. A tray liner is a very important sanitary item in fast food.I gets even more bizarre. The security guard sitting behind me who had a salad kept vigorously shaking and crushing is cracker packets.Both passive aggressive acts are disturbing and disgusting.When I asked who called my order number the manager said it was the shift manager.I asked for the number to the corporate office and he gave me mobile number 918-770-2*9*I called the correct corporate number, said I wanted to file a complaint, was transferred to a voicemail. I left a message and have not heard back from them.The next time I go to a braum's I'll be wearing my body cam.
Every time I go there I get me some groceries and some tasty ice cream cuz it's good it's great it's braum's Oklahoma's best
I love Braums for any reason I go. Family owned ;always friendly and helpfulI bought my comfort sweet food- BRAUMS PECAN PIE. With tax, $ 7.00 and some change...Don't forget their REAL whipped cream!
They have fresh burgers ?, you can get a bag of 5 of them for 7$. They have a giant frozen yogurt cone for $2, I'd recommend the chocolate vanilla swirl to anyone.. everything tasted very good ??!
