Four stars for the price. This ice cream is affordable. What makes this ice cream place a little different is the extra shopping you can do after you eat. This is customary at Braum’s, but it’s a fun little addition especially if you are traveling. The service was good, tables clean, and relaxing. If you need a good sweet treat and a loaf of bread, this is your stop.
The staff is really really bad & helpless. No one care about customers’ presence. I stood in front of them for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come to me so I can order my ice cream, but nobody care to ask what do I want. They just keep walking by and just ignore my presence. I said ‘excuse me’ twice, but still no one care to look at me. What’s that attitude?
Only went thru the drive thru but the guy was on point food was fresh as ordered. The only bad thing I have to say. His drink was better than the beer I got while I was out
Nice clean establishment. Friendly staff & great selection of fast food as well as last minute groceries.
I’m on crutches so I avoid going in if I don’t have to. Tried to order ice cream through the drive thru and the young guy taking the order was very rude. When I asked what flavors are available, because they don’t post them outside, he only listed “vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate and about 24 others”. I said ok, what are the others. He list 3 more and again said “and about 20 others”I said they are not listed out here so how would I know. Then he goes “they’re listed inside”.Mind you, I’m on crutches. I’m not lazy, I’m injured. I’m also a customer and if I want to know the flavors, then they should stop being lazy and list them.At that point I knew I was never going to waste my money here ever again.I told him to eff off and went around the corner to Andy’s. Andy’s listed all their flavors TWICE. And the customer service was great; a bright smile and very delicious custard. Eff you Braums.
Old hamburgers, soggy waterlogged, out of a steam table, Braums serves day old hamburgers out of the steam table. NASTY, ate Braums for decades, Never Again.Go out of business

If I could have a milkshake from Brahms every day that would be a perfect world. Nobody makes a better shake. Nobody has better ice cream. I had a chocolate shake with a blended up banana and it was so delicious. The only negative thing about it was that I finished the whole thing
