I’m not sure how this place has such good reviews. Maybe the good reviews are older or from the day crew. We stopped about 10:15 to grab a late dinner and restroom break on our way through. The girl working the register messed up placing the order. I didn’t realize it til she walked away because she didn’t give me my receipt. I took it from the register myself. Then she was gone and I just said forget it, we would eat what we get. Ran to the restroom and the new paper towels had just been tossed on the changing table. Sanitary right? No soap. Husband said the mens restroom was about the same with trash everywhere! We Went out to wait on the food. It wasn’t to go like asked, so we decided to just eat there. no big deal except the chairs were all put up(close in 30-45 minutes). Looked for a booth but 1 was taken by an employees stuff, another trashed, and the 2 others were taken by employees sitting on their phones. Another employee was running around talking/yelling super loud with her shirt pulled out and near half undressed. One girl(blue hair) making ice cream looked like she was doing her job and doing it well. She helped us get a bag to take our food to go. They had 1 register open, so all market customers are waiting in a long line. Nobody said hello, thank you, or really even acknowledged that we existed. On top of all of that, the food was disgusting. We stop at braums because for fast food it’s pretty decent and typically a very clean restaurant. Not this one. We won’t stop at this one again on our travels. Not for food or restrooms.
We make a point to stop for the bacon cheeseburgers, frozen yogurt special, and of course the grocery store. The milk, yogurt, and butter are our absolute favorites and we drive 45 minutes one way to try to provide these high quality items for our family.
these people always work their ice cream scoopin' A**es off. And they always put out good food. Best Burgers and Best fries! And Lakesha, the Assistant is the best! I go there often.
Braum's is know for the ice cream varieties. And there menu have a variety of different things to order. And they have a fresh market to pick what you need on your way home from work. Overall a very nice place to do business with. And it is a local business which I love to always support.
This Braum's is a good store to get fresh dairy products and accessories bread fruits and meat's and very convenient location and easy to get to off highway 44 on 33rd W. Ave at the lights on W 51st on corner. very nice atmosphere and friendly staff ? 5 ? good show
First off , I would like to say that the drive thru employee who served us , was exceptional...my only complaint is that I pay good money to get fat , and I generally check my orders ( as I did this time ). But did not think I would have to worry about getting shorted on patties...ordered ( on top of two other orders ) a double quarter pounder with cheese meal...received the meal minus a Patty. ? I am pretty easy going , but I know others would probably lose it over something so petty. Anyhow , pay attention please. Have a blessed day.??
I mostly buy groceries there. It's always clean and friendly employees. Then there is that manager... I think she has been there more than 10 years! Why can't all business be like this? I like shopping where people remember you and take care of you. That's why people come back.
I love Braums, I love ice cream! And the food n the fresh store inside. Yummiest
Always friendly staff, went to market, everything fresh and tasty as usual, love me some Braun's, especially the ice cream ?❤️
Been going to this location for nearly two decades and I loved it before the renovation and, I have to admit, I think I'm still nostalgic for the old style, but they are a busy location and I understand their need to update and expand. The service here is usually pretty good and they have had quite a few great store managers throughout the years, with only one, during the expansion process, that was extremely unfriendly, but thankfully she wasn't there long. They got a new red headed woman whose charming and seems to hire a great crew. For a fast food place they have relatively low turnover rate, which I think is a wonderful thing. I think it's important to develop some time of familiarity with the people that are preparing your food, especially if you're someone that eats out often, you want to know you can trust the food you're about to eat. Well twenty+ years here and my family and I have never been sick. That's not to say there haven't been a few times when things didn't taste right, but they can be counted on one hand. That's a pretty good batting average when you compare it to someplace like the West Tulsa McDonalds, which I can't even begin to tell you the number of times that place has screwed up an order, even when there was no one else in line, or provided food that was nearly inedible. You can't go wrong with Braum's, especially this location. Wonderful people work here, so go in and give them a howdy!
