On this occasion, I went through the drive thru and there were 4 cars in front of me. When I got to the first window, I paid and then proceeded to the second window. All of this took less than 5 minutes. Quick service. When I got to the second window, there was some confusion to my order and turns out I had paid for someone else's order which was less than half of what I should've paid. They quickly fixed the situation and I offered to pay the difference more than once. The staff was professional and friendly, apologized for the mix up and sent me on my way with the correct order. Customer service done right! 100%

They have what seems like nothing but teenagers working the evening to close. I understand that's because they can't work while in school. But at least one or two adults to supervise would be helpful
The last time I ordered and paid for large floats, I got regular size.This time I got a large cup all right, but it was only 60% full.This is the last time I’ll do business with this store. Service is an important component of any business. Call me done

Great service, thank staff and leadership. Easy go to place for a Mix, Sunday, or an old fashioned Brayms ice cream. Make sure to stop in and enjoy a cherry limeade while shopping thr fresh grocery items.
Absolutely disgusting bathrooms. Especially during a health crisis. Very concerning for children and immuno-compromised individuals. Biohazards everywhere, including the stall walls.
Only got a cherry limaid on this trip. Totally good limaid which is Something considering I have gotten terrible ones in the last 6 months at Owasso and also at 1 in Bartlesville that it's usually terrific
