Food is good but the service in the drive thru needs work. Needs work meaning a young lady with long dark hair gave me my order this afternoon around 1:40pm on 4 July 2022. No greeting what so ever. I even tried giving her the greeting twice and no response from her at all. Store Manager please talk with yoir employees. We are your customers and should be treated with a greeting and a response in return from your employees. Unless your employees are to busy to give a greeting. I could have easily went to another Restaurant. But I use to work for Braums and I know this is not acceptable.
I love me some Braum's burgers, and their breakfast items are also tasty. I like that the company is based in Oklahoma. This particular location is good, the workers were friendly and the food arrived quickly. My favorite thing about their burgers is the meat actually tastes like meat! The ingredients are fresh and have a good flavor. The market area is quite large and there are many Braum's brand items. This is one of the few places I can find lately that have their ketchup pumps out instead of packets, understandably other places stopped doing that due to the pandemic, but to me it's a plus because I drown everything in ketchup.
The floor was nasty and they had flies. Food was good but those things were not very good about the flies and the floor being dirty.
They used to be good.. Until Today Saturday May, 14th 20226:30P.mNot only did they burn my Burgers, But I also got Cold Cheese and Hard Rock Bacon! And Weeks Layed tomatoes the way it looks, I couldn't even Take 3 bites without Throwing Up,,, Please Check your Food before you leave this place They hire The Worst Cooks
There are no complaints about the food. The biscuits and gravy were as good as they were when I was a kid and my husband gobbled up his sundae like it was nothing. However, the person who took our order was not so pleasant. She acted like we were an inconvenience for coming in to get food. She just gave us a look and was rude.I will return because I go for the food more than Anything. Hopefully, the service will be better. Will update rvw in the future.
Food was decent but the service was horrible. Took them 15 minutes to get our order out then we placed a to go order and we sat there another 15 to 20 mins when all along the order was done and they hadn't called the number. Fries were cold won't be going back.
The service was mediocre at best. They were busy in drive thru, but not so much in lobby and it was atrocious. Garbage full, floors sticky. The food was semi warm and the fries were old.
This Braums is a bit "hit or miss" sometimes they are on top of it and other days....not so much. Lunch time can be a bit chaotic and more times than not the order is forgotten, messed up, or really slow to get out. The morning crew are fantastic though, very kind and funny. Honestly, it's not the worst fast food chain location. The food tastes great once you get it and the employees are always kind.
I am forced to eat here quite a bit because it's one of the only fastfood places close to my work. The staff is friendly, but they get my order wrong nearly every time I order from them. To top it off, when I repeat my order to them to make sure it's correct, they get annoyed.
Good ice cream ? if you like different ! Especially if your from the North side / Chicago. Great spot for ice cream if you traveling down South !
