This is not a place we will be going to again. Customer service wasn't bad. The drinks were pretty good too. Honestly it's the only thing keeping me from giving them 1 star. The issue lies with the portion size. I got one of the supposed big burgers. The burger was measley in size and had barely any toppings and the burger was dry. It was not worth the price at all. To top it all off was the 18% forced gratuity. For the price, there are several other places with better food and better portions. It was disappointing to say the least.

Not sure who was working today around 12. But it was the worst service. 8 people at the bar, three of them were us. We had to ask four times for a drink, she forgot to ring our food, and said “sorry I’m busy” Uhmmmm I’ve been a bartender at arena. 8 people to serve is cake. Ordered Cajun chicken and shrimp and she brought me shrimp Alfredo Won’t be back

My son had the Bourbon Glazed Salmon and it was absolutely incredible. The cut was a generous size, thick, and perfectly cooked. The glaze was just fantastic. We also loved the White spinach queso dip and chips. Half the chips we got were just in little bits and pieces though, which was annoying. The peach lemonade was also good. Not too sweet and not to sour.I had the Pan Seared Tilapia and it was not my favorite. The garlic butter sauce was so thick it looked like gravy. It was too much for such a thin piece of fish and it was salty. Half of my broccoli was very heavily peppered but otherwise I liked that it was actually steamed. Sometimes you go places and they've barely steamed the broccoli at all and it tastes raw. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, helpful, and friendly.

Thought I left a review back in November, but apparently I didn't post it.This place was awful. Worst restaurant experience of my life! We waited close to an hour and a half to be seated, but there was no waiting area. No seats, no space to stand out of the way of customers and servers. Most of the time the hostess desk was empty. Whenever there was someone working it, it seemed to be a hangout spot for the waiters. We were finally seated, we were sat at a table that had been free for over 30 minutes, and was directly next to the restrooms and the kitchen. The chairs stuck out into the walkway of the restrooms, and the doors were propped open. Hard to want food while staring at toilets. Kitchens are usually loud, but there seemed to be more screaming and tension than what is normally expected.Food and drinks came within a reasonable time, but that was the only good thing about them. The cocktails tasted like water with a whiff of alcohol, and the food was terribly mediocre. We were offered fresh drinks, but decided against it. A hamburger from a rundown McDonald's would have had more flavor and warmth that the burger that I was served. I managed a few bites before giving up entirely. I went into Big Whiskey incredibly hungry, but that food just was not worth it.Our server was nice, and apologetic for our bad food and drinks. No marks against her, just EVERYTHING else about our experience. We got multiple recommendations to visit, which made it all seem so much more disappointing.

Excellent food! We tried hot wings, Buffalo chicken dip(nice twist on an original recipe), fried pickles(quite a creative recipe) and pecan pie. The order was 100% accurate and tasted great. Only issue was a bit salty, doesn’t bother mean but saw other reviews mentioning the same thing. Thank you very much for the great food experience! Will order again.

This place is outstanding!!! Their menu has soooo much to choose from and they have a nice alcohol selection too. The options are limitless. For my appetizer I had their Beer Cheese Pretzel’s! I could literally eat that for my meal by itself haha. And for my actual meal, I tried their Pan Seared Tilapia w Broccoli & Rice. I of course had to get something to drink too lol. So I tried their Toasted S’Mores White Russian. Everything was amazing! Wish I could give them 10 stars! ???

Kaitlyn and company were awesome servers. My sisters 40th surprise party was smooth and sweet. And the coctials and food were excellent!

Pretty standard fare for an American restaurant and chain. The sirloin steak was pretty average but not bad. The loaded mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli were surprisingly good. Nice to see a decent selection of local beers.

Loved our meal here. Large menu with lots of different options. Plenty of TVs on the wall to watch the games. Has a large heated patio outside. Food came out quick and was very good.

Went for lunch with a friend and had an amazing experience. Can't wait to go back for dinner. Great food, great atmosphere. Very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
