We had the Alfredo chicken, and Tuscan Turkey Paninis.Soup of the day, which was Chicken chili or tortillaMediterranean chicken, and The ultimate salad.Stuffed Grape Leaves, and a Mandarin Orange Chicken Wrap.The Paninis where nothing special. Neither was the soup; it was a little salty after eating salad. The Mediterranean chicken, and the ultimate salad were good salads. The chicken in them is not; it’s tasteless. Defiantly not grilled, I would guess it’s sous vide, or pre-cooked Sams Club stuff. The Mandarin Orange chicken wrap was the best of everything ordered. The chicken in it was as mentioned lacking, but it’s pretty good all in all. I’d like to know all the nutritional value content and not just the calories too to see how they did that. The stuffed grape leaves were served almost ice cold, they weren’t good either. It was just under $70. Was it worth it? No, I can only imagine they do ok because it’s in the yuppieville part of Tulsa.
I'd been hearing great things about Big Al Healthy Foods for months before I finally decided to try it out, and I'm so glad I did! The food was amazing - fresh, healthy, and flavorful. The service was friendly and attentive, and the prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely be back - this is my new favorite restaurant!
The avocado delight wrap is my go to option. I love the hummus wrap and also the burrito supreme also.They are willing to omit or add items as requested. I don't care for sprouts on my orders and they are careful to remove them.They have very good vegan and non vegan cookie options.
My go-to place for lunch whenever I have appt w/hairdresser. Love the healthy variety of salads and wraps.
Endless NOMNOMS at Big Al’s in Tulsa! I stopped in yesterday for their Egg Salad and It was so satisfying that I drove 11 miles out of my way today for a repeat performance. Today, I added the Lemon Burst smoothie to my egg sandwich and it is just delightful! The most pleasurable part of my experience was that the lady who made my sandwich yesterday recognized me and asked me how yesterday’s Egg Salad tasted. I’ve been there twice, and yet I was no stranger. The NomNoms are delicious, but it’s the ladies behind the counter that make Big Al’s worth the 22 miles I drove to get it!
Good food I went and had the lady at counter pick what I was gonna get she ordered her favorite a Vegan wrap and it was absolutely delicious like I didn't even notice it had no meat in it and second time I went the next wrap I was surprised with was delicious as well they serve Great food and have great prices
I love this place I've been going for years their chicken Caesar panini is the best the tabuli is unlike any Other. The staff is super friendly and welcoming the atmosphere is clean and nice very relaxed the bathrooms are always clean gotta check them out !
I've eaten there twice now and it has just been awesome. Clean, friendly staff, great vegan menu and the food has been really good.
