This place smelled funky, the girl at the counter had a funky face, the waffle cone tastes like fortune cookies, and don't get me started on that ice cream. I had some cookies and cream and it tastes like air. DONT GO
First of all, this may be the only store without napkins, any napkins, that I have been to in a very, very long time. It is not the first B&R I have been to that has been out of hot fudge. It is the only one ever that has scraped less than half a teaspoon out of the container and charged me a dollar for it. They also have Nestlé cookies, they did not give me all that I asked for but for 7 cookies and 2 half baked cookie bars I was charged $23 plus change. I was looking over my receipt and noticed the charge for the hot fudge and was so upset ? with it that I just threw it down and went on my way. What has happened to this franchise that the employees across 2 states, Texas and Oklahoma do not seem to have hot fudge available after noontime? Used to be a fun place to take the kids.
Asked them to surprise me with my cookie cake and make it fun, they left it blank
Not open at 10am monday jan 24. Hours are 8am.

If I could give it 0 stars I would.The girl there was the most unhelpful person I have ever met... For a birthday cake and some icecream Please I would be more than happy to spend my money elsewhere!
