This is definately a place for happy food. The staff was helpful and friendly and their ice-cream is amazing. I highly recommend it.

i will start with the fact the workers were very pleasant. i ordered a photo image cake for a 50th birthday ..... on a Tuesday for pick up on FridayWhen we attended to pick up the cake, whomever prepares, prepared the cake without the photo image .... you would think someone at the store would have called to advise me....they did not , they waited for me to attend, Hell the store, did not even make a concession, to offer the cake for the birthday, at any discount......NOPE we left with nothing NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN .....Good Job you certainly know how to take care of business !!!

The website won't take my order. Hasn't taken my order for days. Called to have a custom cake ordered. After multiple days of nothing but ringing phones, I'm told even though their website says 24hrs they can't make any before a 48hr notice.This is beyond disappointing. None of the Baskin Robbins are answering their phones. Worst customer service I've had from a company as a whole.
