The only reason I gave any stars was the great pouring, personable bar tender. Other than that we waited for an extra hour for our to go meal and it was nothing like we had previously of the same order. The burger was a quesadilla with no meat and the Mac had almost no cheese and was runny. It is sad to say but this place has been bad the last two times we have tried it. I think we're done.
Came here twice, both times there were no workers to greet us at the door. There were no instructions whether we seat ourselves or wait for a server. Stood for a while before we decided to leave because nobody came to seat us or greet us. This place is very unorganized, very unprofessional, and very understaffed. Will not be returning. ?
Staff is friendly. Food was at best okay and over cooked. I can understand food slipping if place was busy but when we were 1 of 6 tables in the restaurant there is little excuse for poor quality
Nice with the St. Patrick's Day drink specials. Firsta Lime Chicken was cooked perfect.
Applebee’s has seriously went down hill! If giving ZERO stars was an option I definitely would’ve! Ordered to go order, and half the food was either cold, or missing items. Had to go back into restaurant for new food, and the bartender/manager was super rude. Spending $56 wasn’t worth the food, nor service received. Waste of time and money!
Great experience! Every staff member I encountered was awesome! Food was great. Restaurant was clean and well kept.
What food we got was good but we didn't get refills until I had to go to the bar and ask for them. Didn't get one plate for my kids and when we asked for the chocolate cake it came out frozen still. The salad needs to be drained more. So much water left that it ruined the ranch. I'm honestly getting tired of going to either one in Tulsa both are going downhill.
My rating has zero to do with the staff. My rating is on the food only. I got the French dip with loaded mash potatoes. I honestly felt like I was eating in the cafeteria at a nursing home in small town America. The food smelled bland and tasted even more bland. Not going to go on and on but as we were walking out, my wife and I were trying to figure how this place stays in business.
Orders were all wrong. Had to beg for silverware and napkins and straws. Food was good just not what I ordered and at that point I wanted to go home. Never coming here again. Also I just newly turned 21 and I'll tell you right now, I look 17. I ordered a alcoholic drink and no ID was asked for. Their lucky I'm actually of age. Also got charged twice for multiple things on my ticket. It's not that hard to do your job. EVERY SINGLE TABLE in the entire restaurant was dirty and disgusting.
If I could give them a 0 star I would. HORRIBLE service, worse Applebee’s I have been to. Waiter was super unprofessional. Chicken was super dry, noodles looked like they were days old! Manager is just as bad! Not worth complaining because manager does not care! Do NOT eat here. You WILL waste your time and money! ??
