This was $8.29. After receiving it, I called the Applebee's location it came from. After being on hold for 10 min, I had to hang-up and call back. The manager tried to tell me this is a 8oz container and their queso is prepackaged at 6oz. As you can see, this container is larger at the top and therefore is less than halfway full. Because we ordered through Doordash, this Applebee's location would not do anything! They have lost our business! Will not eat in or order from them anymore. Terrible customer service. We have had food left out from other food places and those food places have made it up to us!
I ordered from DoorDash. 2 meals and a salad. The steak was blood rare and had to be recooked at home. The fish and chips were terrible. The fish was dripping in grease and the inside coating was mushy and not edible. Fries were wilted. Bad choice completely. If this had been inside of the restaurant, we would have returned our meals. I did complain through DoorDash and was given only a 10.85 credit.
No wait staff, was told would be 5 mi ute wait that ended up being almost 30 minute wait. Another 10 to 15 minute wait for wait staff to come to table to get drink order, another 5 or so to get the drinks and order the food. 20 minutes later still no food. I had to leave for an appointment so left my family there waiting on their food and asked for mine to be put on hold till I was able to come back and eat it fresh. Instead they messed up family order (was close to same as mine with some modification) so just took the wrong one, put it in a to go box for me when I returned. By time I was able to get back, fries were cold and soggy/rubbery and rest of food was room temp. I don't plan on visiting that specific restaurant again.
It was Applebees. The food was pretty good, we sat at the bar and I enjoyed their new seasonal beer. It was late so not very crowded, but the bartender wad friendly enough and the assist/manager on duty was friendly. It's a good location for those coming off I-44.
1/28/22 my wife and I enjoyed dinner, this place is never too busy like the next door restaurant. Food is not bad at all, lots to choose from the menu and they are very reasonabley priced.
I have dined here several times always had a wonderful experience. Took my daughter out yesterday for lunch. The hostesse was getting ready to prepare the two tables right across from us for a table of 8. I politely asked her if she wouldn't seat them directly across from us. It was about 8 tables down from us that could be placed the exact same way we just not directly across from us. She said ok then marched off to clean the other table so she could seat the party of 8. In the mean time a coworker ask her what's going on. She whispers and looks bk at me. By this time I am staring at these two ladies talk about me. I was upset but continued with my meal. Paid for my food and tipped my waitress. It wasn't her fault that the hostesses is disrespectful and obviously has no customer service skills. If you wanted to talk about a customer, do it where they can't hear you. I won't be back and the look of it doesn't look like you can stand to loose customers.
No stars my family and I were treated badly and ignore we order food 2hrs later food brought to the table looked like something from last week disgusting. Because we are BLACK we didn't get served but once I looked around everyone white had their food eating and enjoying. Never will I ever go to this place or recommend anyone to go eat there. They acted racist towards me and my family and I'm calling the corporate office ?
Absolutely horrible! We have been to the other Applebee's in town but were closer to this one so we stopped. Big mistake! It is so run down, booth seats all ripped up. Staff looks like a group out of a zombie movie of some sort. The food was disgusting!! Two of us ordered a steak medium rare, got them medium well at best so they were tough and basically inedible. Knew if we took another shot at it there would be no improvement. Spinach artichoke dip was awful and that has always been my favorite thing there. We will never, ever go back there!!!
Amazing place to eat after a great movie and a Amazing way to end date night. The staff did amazing with our food and keeping drinks filled. The bartender really enjoyed his job. Amazing time.
Thanks for the excellent experience my boyfriend was so satisfied by the cooking his steak with perfection he had our waiter go deliver a message ..great atmosphere an one excellent place for date night well definitely b back again!!! Thanks Applebees
