Tried the brisket sandwich today it was amazing - the sides we lacking in flavor potato salad and coleslaw but everything else was great!

Best BBQ in Tulsa. Brisket so tender that your tongue has to chase it around in your mouth. Incredible sides and good portions. The potato salad and collard greens are my go-to.

Tried like 5 separate times to come get Turkey, and they were constantly out, by 3 pm. No phone number to call and check either. Finally got the Turkey, and the pulled pork sandwich with beans on the side. Wasn’t impressed with the meats, and honestly just hated the beans.. fancy but not even for a good cause, super disappointing, really was looking for a good southern style BBQ bean but they were like Mexican style pinto beans instead, spicy and just didn’t go with the meal at all. Not to mention it was very expensive as well. I just won’t be coming back..

Absolutely fabulous ribs, pulled pork and brisket. Some of the best I’ve had in a long time ! We will go back. Big servings- my husband got 3 meat platter with beans and coleslaw to split and couldn’t finish ! Yum!

I took my team here for lunch and this place is ???. Highly recommend the brisket hits! You know the meal is good when you 20 college kids to put their phones down for 15 min. Mothers market is the cherry on top, you can even get desert when your all finished!

I just will say half the top the brisket was great. They don't skimp on the seasoning, juicy tender perfect. The turkey was very good too also very well seasoned. I loved they have a savory Bean instead of your typical sweet baked beans. And the collard greens were good as well. I had the two meat plate and it was an amazing amount of food. I had a doggy bag and I didn't waste any room on the bread.

I've eaten piles of their meat, it never disappoints.I'm a Texan, sliced fatty brisket and hot gut sausage will always be my favorite, and 1907 takes me back to being a kid in Central Texas. The least awesome stuff on the menu is still better than most food out there.

Amazing BBQ. No sauce needed. So much flavor and tender. I can't wait to eat more.

Not kidding, this is the best barbecue I have ever had. There are two things I look for in any place we live... Sushi and Barbecue! I've had barbecue from all over and this food is amazing!Today, I had the 2 meat plate with Smoked Turkey and Sliced Brisket. My sides were collard greens and beans. The juiciness and smokiness of the meats were perfect! So impressed.

Went to check out 1907 BBQ. Got there and there was no menu, so I had to ask what BBQ and sides they had at the counter. It would have been nice to know before I got to the front of the line. We had ribs, brisket and pulled pork. The sides they had were mac n cheese, slaw, potato salad and beans, mac over slaw, and beans over potato salad. If Texas style is peppery, then they got it right. I don’t care for my BBQ having that much pepper. The pecan (oak)? wood is a bit different too. They didn't have drinks there, but there were some about 75 feet away. Bad set up in my opinion. I didn’t care for the BBQ sauce, it was too vinegary. I doubt I will be back.P.S. I grew up around BBQ. My grandparents owned a restaurant. The friend that was with me gave the same review. I like BurnCo, Mac's, Butchers, Oklahoma Joes, and several (but certainly not all) in Kansas City. I didn't care for this style. Sorry to offend.1124 S Lewis Ave Suite 107, Tulsa, OK 74104 inside Mother Road Market.
