Slowest drive-thru in America. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes for your order at off-peak times, even when you're the only car there. Half of that time is spent at the window. Every time.they ring you up, its like the first time they've used the checkout system. Try going to another fast food place of you actually want fast food. I'm not sure a manager even works here.
Really didn't want whataburger because it's been terrible where I live at the last 3 times I've tried it but there weren't many options where I was currently at so I stopped here. Figured new location so maybe it will be better and it was. Fries were fresh and not too much salt and the burger was delicious and freshly made. The service was also very nice. This location reminded of how whataburger should be done. Much appreciated
My husband and I waited an hour at the curb side for our order. They didn't let us cancel the order nor gave us a refund. We had to take the order anyways and the cashier was not very helpful. But the worst thing was that they gave us a cold hamburger. I will never come back here. I must also add that they never apologized for making us wait so long. Definitely the worst customer service.
The foods good, it satisfies the burger craving. I don’t even bother with doing a curbside pick up but if you do I’d recommend setting the pickup time 10-15 minutes before you actually want it out to your car because they consistently make us wait in our car after it says it’s ready and we check in. No dinner rush or anything, not busy at all. Still 15 minutes late every time and cold. I’ve given up on the one here in town
Awesome franchise, but this isn't the best-run example of it. My Whataburger with bacon and cheese was delicious, as expected (after I went back and got the cheese they forgot). The floors were dirty; you could "skate" everywhere you needed to go (it was that greasy). Nothing that can't be fixed, and I hope they fix it ASAP.
As always my cheeseburger was delicious!! My fries extra crispy like I ordered. And my Dr pepper shake was so good! Did have 1 problem though, my grandson and I stopped there on our way back home to Bartlesville. So it was a to go order, and he ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal, it was cold and bread tasted old, he couldn't even eat it, if we had dined in I would've complained but we were on the highway. So... and it was pretty expensive. For his meal and mine it was like $28!! $28 for a cheeseburger, fries and shakes a little high, that's all we could eat, but even if it were hot and good that's still high. The weekend before that I had my 2 granddaughters and we stopped there it was $38 for us 3, which was ridiculous I thought!! Still love their burgers and Dr pepper shakes.
Good food. We arrived at a time that didn't seem busy and lots of very young adults working but the food took a long time to come out. The place is clean and well lit at night.
The food here is hit or miss, though most of the times it's downright awful. Everytime I go through the drive through it takes 15-20minutes, even with small lines. Over half the time my order is incorrect, and EVERYTIME I order my cheese on my burger is never melted and cold. Along with the food being cold as well. It's gotten to the point to where if I eat here, I'll eat and order inside just so if they screw up the order I can have them remake it(which is often). That's how bad it is. Sadly, this is the only whataburger in Stillwater, otherwise I'd go elsewhere
Hey it's Whattaburger. This is one of the cleaner and nicer ones. They're very consistent with food and they get it done. Plus they don't close, sane food and service at 3am compared to lunchtime
A honey butter chicken biscuit at 11pm is an experience everyone deserves to have. The food is great, but you’ll feel horrible about yourself after eating it.
