I hate to be like this but... just don't. It's almost guaranteed when we come here we'll be made to sit and wait and wait and wait. Even the most recent time we were told what we wanted would take ten minutes, so we changed our order. Still got told to wait, and twenty minutes went by with no food until my spouse went inside to investigate.I just want them to be up front about the waits. They are not. And if you don't want to or can't do fast food, then don't, you know?
Terrible we got the wrong food and the big guy at the register was loud and rude. He made really inappropriate comments not considering we had kids with us. The fries were soggy and they would not give us fresh ones. All of our burgers look like they were made hours ago and heated up in the microwave. All of the tables were dirty and it was 3 pm in the afternoon. Won't go here again. If I could give no stars I would ?
All of my food was cold, patty was cold. Went at night and in the daytime both sandwiches and meat all cold.
Normally I don't like leaving negative reviews, but in this case, it's absolutely warranted! We ordered a large chili with cheese and a classic crispy chicken sandwich. We only received the chili, but did not find this out until we arrived home. I immediately called to inform the staff of the situation and was told that yes, they were aware that my sandwich had not made it into the bag and that I was welcome to come pick it up. We drove back to the drive thru and was told that they were going to make me a fresh sandwich and that I should pull up to wait .... and wait we did....18 minutes for a single chicken sandwich. Granted the staff did include a free small fry, however, I dont eat fries, so it was kind of a wasted gesture. I would much rather have not waited so long.I do love Wendy's and will continue to eat at Wendy's, but I will be driving across town to the second location in Stillwater.
RUDEST service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. The lady that took my order and took my card was listening to music in the background So loud she wouldn't interact with me. Actually waved me on after she handed me my card. Then at the pickup window the man asked me a question about drinks. I replied with "I believe so" to which he responds with. Yes or No. Hands me the drinks and then pushes the bags of food at me. I drive up a bit and check the bags. To find out I'm missing a full meal. I was able to get that sorted out after walking in but due to the service beforehand. I will not be back. I know it's a convenient location for students but goto the other location if you want Wendy's. This one did not want customers today.
Ordered 2 sandwiches. They told me they was making it fresh to pull up. We waited 10-15 minutes to get one sandwich. When I told the worker we ordered 2 sandwiches, they asked for the one they gave us back. After 10-15 more minutes of waiting we got the original sandwich back with the other sandwich with only meat and a single piece of lettuce(no bacon, cheese, or condiments). I likely won’t return and would say you probably have better luck elsewhere.
Do not go to the Wendy's on 6th Street. Waste of your time and money. They will always get your order wrong and take forever. The managers and supervisors don't know how to do their job at all. They are clueless on how to run a store or how to help customers. I have to wait 20 minutes for one meal and they didn't even have the ingredients in the store for what was supposed to be on the sandwich.
the lady at the front counter was really nice and the chicken sandwiches were nice hot and fresh and I'm not gonna lie i'm a big fan of that ghost pepper ranch
Two burgers took 23 minutes from order time untill I got them, the meat tasted an hour old and it was just a poor experince
My husband waited 10 minutes for our food so the chicken would be fresh. Well they didn't give us my son's chicken nuggets and my fries.iI'm disappointed this location is normally great.
