I drive for uber and I got two orders for here. I waited 20 minutes in their lobby after I told them I had two mobile orders. After a while I'm like hey guys how much longer. The manager had to come look at the screen and said oh we just got them. I had been stuck in traffic for ten minutes on my way and had been sitting in their lobby for 20 minutes. No they didn't just get that order. They didn't teach the person at the computer to watch for mobile orders. Thank you for not training staff properly and wasting my time, money, and patience. This isn't an understaffed problem. This is an undertrained problem. Be better.
The front window lady was very disrespectful she had an attitude about giving me extra sauce after she didn't even have the order right.... I tried to resolve the issue with the manager of the store but I never got anywhere.... The food was cold the employees were rude and disrespectful... This needs to be corrected... I will be filing a report with the better Business bureau...
Awesome food.takes order quickly and calls your name and number when order is ready. Fast ,friendly,and very courteous service.
I always get a baconator. Wendy's is the baconators right? Anyway, did you know you can get a huge family sized chili? It was like $8 bucks. But this boi was huge, like a 44oz or something. Get it with onions and NO CHEESE! Don't get the cheese. It's better without. It's super good my dudes.
Lady was rude they didn't give me the food I actually ordered. When I called to speak to a manager no one answered this place has gone downhill.??wonder what happened??
Good food, kind of slow but they were busy. Not really wheelchair accessible in the dining room.
I ordered a chicken bacon croissant this morning with NO HONEY BUTTER, as I can't take sweets anymore. Also asked to have pickles... And a side of sausage gravy. They made No changes to my sandwich!! I got no pickles and it was covered in the sweet butter!!! I tried calling twice, but only got the answering machine?? Really??I will reconsider ever going back, but if by chance I do, I will DEFINITELY CHECK MY ORDER BEFORE I LEAVE THE PARKING LOT.
Just want you to know that Dakota is doing an amazing job - multi tasking at the drive thru window. He is GOOD-friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. A great hire and deserves some credit.
