First off the ladie worker that has short black/ brown hair that works the drive thru and register has the worst customer service EVER! Went thru the drive thru and she barely said a word to me and snatched my money out of my hand. I said thank you and she just shut the window. Though maybe she was having a bad day so just wrote it off. Nope she is just plain rude. Went a week later and went inside. Oh she's even better in person. Sat at the register for 10min while being ignored. Though she was busy with drive thru and would just tell us it would be a few minutes...Nope. when she did take our order she got frustrated that we asked her what was inside this new burrito. Told us "what's in the picture". This is the worst Bueno EVER. Lived here 19 yrs and never have had a good experience at this location.
Food is ok. Consistent, but just ok.Service is typical fast food...Price is getting worse (like everywhere I guess)...
Food was hot and tasty. Service was quick and polite. Will return.
All I wanted was the "mexi shell" (which is what it is called on their website) removed. This is what I got instead. No taco, no enchilada, and three mexi shells! Every time I go here, something is not right with my order. I'm super disappointed in this visit because I didn't get half of what I ordered after explaining it to them three times.
When I went to this place, my kid wanted a burrito and a water. I figured it would be fast. However, we sat just in front of the order menu but not able to order for ten minutes. I am not exaggerating. The line didn’t move at all for 10 minutes or maybe 12. That means it took them 10-12 minutes to make one order. The clerk failed to give me my total after I ordered, and then I had to wait for the next three cars to go before I got to the window. It was a long wait. All total, I think we sat in the carline for THIRTY minutes. This is not fast food. Normally I am pretty tolerant and patient, but this wait needed a review
Food was bomb and fresh a little pricey but all around definitely some place I'll frequent
The drive-thru staff are rude and dismissive more often than not generally. Tonight in particular, they also shorted our meal and didn't give us any napkins or forks to eat our food. I'm done spending money here.
This location goes more and more downhill every year. It blows my mind that this place is still open The food is cold and gross. The staff are lazy and rude. The dining room tables, booths and floors never seem clean. It shocks me how this place is still in business
We received coupons in the mail from Taco Bueno and thought we would use them. It was 2pm, and we waited nearly 20 minutes in drive thru lane to get to the order mic. I ordered the party box and was moving on into the rest of our order when the TB guy interrupted me to tell me they didn't have enough food for the party box I ordered (6 bean burritos and 6 tacos with a couple sides)!! I was surprised, and asked him if they had food for all the people behind and in front of me, but not me? Cuz I ordered 6 tacos and 6 burritos, and they don't have enough food to fix my order?? What a crock of burnt beans, man! I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get out of their drive thru and go where I should have gone to start with: DEL TACO! No matter how big or small my order is, Del Taco can fill it! Taco Bueno cant!!! I think you can guess you lost my monies, present and future. I STILL can't believe it happened, and it did on Saturday, Jan. 29th at 2pm. It was a guy who said my order of 6 burritos and 6 tacos was too much food for them to make. How are you all still in business???
Closing the lobby at 730pm on a Friday night because staff didn't want to work!! What kind of business is this!? Would give 0 stars. Also the owner of this business refuses to put ANY money towards his business. Many new things and upgrades needed. I love Taco Bueno and this is just poor ownership in my honest opinion.
