The food itself is good quality but I've gotten wrong orders from here more than a handful of times. The staff really needs to be managed better and one of the times we were in there the manager was screaming at an employee in front of the customers. I'm not saying you can't get on to them but be calm about it and don't do it in front of the customers man.If somewhere had better service and the same food I'd go there but the food is enough to make me come back. Please just make sure they made it right before you leave.

Walked in during lunch. Ok 6 employees maybe 5. I wasn't acknowledged on arrival. That's fine. So there is a sign on the register says " use the kiosk to order" not very busy in the store or the drive through. Manager in black shirt walks in on the cell phone. Walks past me to go the back still on his cellphone. So finally a older black woman saw me and asked if she could help me since I was sitting there waiting. I didn't want to use the kiosk. She was superb and nice.

I would like to congratulate Taco Bell on hiring the most realistic robot I've ever seen on their evening shift this robot that appeared to be a young brunette lady was hyper realistic but did not understand it should look at and speak to customers I wasn't sure if she was ready for my order or not cuz she was just standing there staring Straight Ahead not saying a word the food was pretty good though

This was my chicken quesadilla. No jalapeño sauce, cold cheese, cut like they did it blind. No one will pick up to refund me, and corporate is only open from 8-4.

I’ve had many good experiences with this Taco Bell but the occasional order will leave you with stale food that tastes like it’s been sitting out and old. The employees are usually pretty nice but today they were very rude which prompted this rating.

Always fast and friendly, I go here regularly and they are starting to recognize me haha. Love the food great value

Tried to order online but it wouldn't work, had to wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru line to get a wrong order. Only one in town, kinda disappointing.

Okay so I order the chicken wings from the app. I thought it was going to be good. It was cold, bloody and the seasoning is not good. The sauce doesn't go go with it also. So yea order anything else but not that.

Always quick with getting orders out. It's nice to not have to eat.

So this taco bell is supposed to be open until 2 A.M according to their schedule (both drive through and dine-in). On a usual day (not holiday or weekend), I went there around 10 P.M and the door was closed while you can literally see the sign "Dining room open, please come in". I knocked on the door asking them to open it, but unexpectedly they asked me to go around and stand in the drive through line, with the cars!Even if the hours don't match what is on google, they could have at least taken off that sign. This is the least they could do, but it seems to be too much of a hassle for them.
