Everyone is friendly, and that's why I even rated it. Otherwise, stereotypical scorched coffee that is ridiculously over priced.
I usually don’t write bad reviews because I don’t want to be a Karen, but this whole situation really upset me. Ordered 15 minutes before I had to be at work. Arrived when they said my ordered would be ready. Was ignored for another 5 minutes until I was asked what the name on my order was, only to discover that they hadn’t even started making it. Barista said she would get it out quickly and I waited another 5 minutes until she finally tells me they were out of what I ordered. I got a refund and left as I was already TEN minutes late for work when I had ordered 15 minutes before I even needed to be there. This place is extremely slow and unorganized.
It's always nice to see Starbucks when you know you need a caffeine kick. In my personal opinion they are the brewsters of Brewers and they have never disappointed in any coffee beverage or any of their food that I've ever ordered. Starbucks staff at any I've ever been to have always been very professional and very nice and I'm always happy to tip driving through.
Asked for a gr hot white chocolate mocha with whipped cream and almond milk, and they gave me a normal plain hot cocoa. What?!?!?!?!?
I used to go to the Starbucks on hall of fame but switched to this one for the amazing employees! However recently they are out of almost everything, I’m not sure if it’s a shortage or some manager is messing up, but it’s super frustrating when all my favorite drinks can’t be made. Hope they fix this soon :/

I did a mobile order and they did not seem interested in talking to us one tried to ask us our order and a guy said I’m giving them a sec to look at the menu. We were waiting at the mobile order pickup… our cups aren’t filled all the way.. I couldn’t wait to get it fixed because I had to get to work..
The morning crew and management are doing a great job at this location. I’ve been very satisfied with my experience the last several times I’ve visited. Store was clean and orderly. Partners extremely friendly and attentive.
My iced oat milk latte with chai tasted excellent! Great customer service as well!!
Usually pretty great, last two days not so much. Forgot part of my order (made right next day) and then didn't make my Frappuccino a Frappuccino. It was an iced drink. Not really one to want to continue telling them they didn't check their orders. That's $60 worth of stuff in two days. ? Probably gonna start doing Dutch Bros now.
