Very very disappointedI just got my food and the fries are old ,cold and hard like they was left over from the night before and also my hamburger was cold and soggy. It is 830 am in the morning so everything I ordered should be hot and fresh . I am very disappointed and won't be going back to the sonic on 6 Street. Also if I'm going to waste 10 dollars on a meal which is nasty I might as well wait until my favorite places open . Very disappointed
If I could give a negative I would. This place always got something going on, today they lost my whole order that I pushed the button and placed. The 3rd time I called to ask where my order was the girl came out with order hang to side as that's how she held the tray. "Hi I'm so sorry I guess your order got lost in our system but I came out to ask you what was your drink. ?? Last time they just put whatever in my drink Grape lemon strawberry mango something green idk????. Unfortunately I gotta drive all the way to another sonic in town to get decent food,drinks, or service. Theres only been 2 carhops that ever had their business together and they fixed others mistakes. Jeez I think some extra training is necessary or something.
Sonic always has great drinks, snacks and burger/hotdogs. The car hop was very friendly and polite
I ordered a chili frito wrap and they gave me some kind of burger. Didn't notice till back at work when it was too late. Now I'm out the money I paid and didn't get to eat lunch.
I thought my hometown Sonic was bad but this is just as bad too.No service is worst than bad service.I really lost faith in Sonic.
Order wrong don't have time to go back. Ordered 2 hamburgers with no ketchup tots n onion rings. Got 3 with about a gallon of ketchup on them.

We placed the order on the sonic app, they still managed to mess it up, Our order was all wrong , I’m thinking they don’t care what you order , you get what they want to send out , and the fries were old cold and hard ,disgusting …. So disappointed
Tall tattooed lady was nice and very pretty.
They don’t listen. they made our order when we asked them to put it offfor a bit, when we got there, sodas were watered down and the food was cold and when we asked for remakes, they gave us attitude the whole time. Do better.
