Absolutely terrible customer service! I definitely try to support small owned businesses but, the front counter girl was very rude. I'm glad that I didn't purchase any of their products. The baked goods looked average at best.
One of our favorite stops for a sweet treat. Homemade small batch ice cream, cupcakes and cookie dough are all delicious

I absolutely love the cupcakes here. The only reason I am giving a one star is because today is my birthday and all I wanted was just to buy a simple cupcake and when Me and my family entered we were treated rudely by the girl that was working today. I think I will have to stop spending my money here for awhile until customer service is top priority.
Smallcakes is a must for our family birthday celebrations(see pictures)! I enjoy the variety of flavors they have and how they correspond with the season. However, the strawberry flavor is my go to..hands down!.
Ok cupcakes. Terribly rude customer service every single time I've been here. Won't be returning and will tell others to avoid. Bake your own they aren't worth dealing with.
The cupcakes are so cute & yummy! But unfortunately each time I have been here, whoever was working acted incredibly rude, I understand everybody has off days, but we stopped by on my birthday and the cold attitude ruined the fun of going here. Great cupcakes, just not such great customer service.

Best ice cream I’ve ever had. Tried multiple flavors, they were all mind-blowing amazing. I don’t normally like cupcakes but the cupcakes at Smallcakes I really enjoyed. Wonderful atmosphere, bright, friendly colors. Other ice creams don’t even begin to compare to how good the ice cream is at Smallcakes. Highly recommend to anyone. Even though I have no interest in a diet, they do have stuff for those on a diet. Would absolutely go back.
