I ordered my regular through the app. The original sandwich is my favorite always comes out great. The center rolls which are my absolute favorite back home were terrible they were at least two days old they were not warmed at all they were just spongey stale and then they just threw frosting on top to hide it. Then they didn’t give my door dasher my cherry coke which is like what I live for I am beyond frustrated this is notAt all the experience I have back home with schlotskys and I’m just so disappointed. Before my dad passed this was his favorite, I feel like you guys did him dirty.
I love the food here and try to eat it weekly. But, I want to dine in. They are continuing to make that difficult by closing their dining room and lobby. This process of not fully opening up continues seemingly on a random cycle which makes it less and less likely to even drive here as more and more often I find the doors locked. When that happens, I just leave as do many others around me, as I don't like to eat in my car. I just continue to fail to understand how staffing issues impacts letting someone sit inside

Order was totally wrong. Food was ok but nothing special.
I needed onions to not be on my sandwich but they were put on the sandwich. I even made sure to ask if they were removed.

I usually love getting Schlotzsky’s, but my first experience at the Stillwater one ended up giving me food poisoning. A few days ago near closing time I ordered the Broccoli Cheddar Soup, something I usually love. Once I got home, opened the container, and mixed in the cheese I could tell the texture was off, almost like it was curdled, but I figured that was the cheese not melting all the way that gave it that texture. I was wrong sadly and I’m hesitant to come back. One star for the barbecue chips I also ordered cause they were pretty good.
Great food. Super slow drive thru service. 25 minutes with only two cars ahead of us.
Great place for a quick lunch. The staff is great.
