Hadn't been to Red Lobster in years, and decided to take a chance. Our meals were not the worst thing we'd ever eaten, but nothing was good, either. Biscuits were very greasy and not at all crisp. Soup tasted like it came from a can, and lacked seasoning and vegetables. Salmon was extremely salty and way overcooked, broccoli was mushy. Fish and chips: fish needed seasoning, tartar sauce was flat, coleslaw should have been thrown out yesterday (nothing was crisp). We declined the option to take leftovers home.Restaurant was mostly empty, service was ok.
I ordered the shrimp linguini and oh goodness it just melts in your mouth! The butter and garlic...so many different flavors in one bowl!! Absolutely recommended!!
Seventy bucks for this? Lukewarm, rubbery crab legs. Lukewarm, rubbery shrimp. Overcooked, almost burnt fish. No wonder the place was empty when I went into the store to order after the app failed and the electric woman on the phone tried to order for me. We’ve ate here a lot. Worst ever. I am really getting tired of spending good money on bad food. Red Lobster used to be an oasis, a place you could depend on. Not any more. Are my standards and expectations too high? Not when I spend 70+. If I want crap, I’ll go to Qdoba!
Midafternoon meal. The dish i wanted is only available on a lunch menu during the week. I did not want a big "feast" or other big meal. I do not need or want a huge portion. I am a senior and there was no senior menu which was confirmed by our waiter. I could order ala cart for the item but i would still have to pay the price of a feast meal. Come on Red lobster don't be greedy and stop wasting food.
Very enjoyable atmosphere and great service and food
They were awesome!! I wasn't sure I would like it or not. I was trying something new and I didn't like what I chose at first so they let me try something else, and didn't even charge me for the first meal! The salmon was cooked to perfection ? the sauce they gave me on the side Incase I didn't like it was spot on it was delicious. They treated us nice. and i will definitely be coming back!
Go literally to any other restaurant in Stillwater. We will be going to Tulsa from now on if we want Red Lobster. After waiting over an hour for a TABLE (both of my parents are disabled and cannot physically get into booths) when we were told a 30 minute wait, the manager told the hostess to seat us in a booth anyway, even after the hostess told her we need a table. We were taken to a booth and left to stand there for 15 minutes before we gave up and left.We asked the hostess when she took us to the booth to seat us at an open table, and we’re told they could not because they needed it to push together for another larger group. When we got up to walk out, they hat seated a group of TWO PEOPLE who came in over 30 min after us at that exact table after they left us at the booth my parents couldn’t even sit down at.We asked to speak to the manager when we left and she stated she couldn’t “recall” the incident (from 20 min prior…they weren’t busy). She then tried to put the seating off on other staff, when I witnessed her specifically tell the hostess not to sit us at a table and to take us to the booth. The blatant discrimination against people with disabilities is appalling. I have been coming to this specific restaurant for almost 15 years. I will never be back again.
our waitress was really pleasant and nice. fish was excellent. Clean and fresh atmosphere.
Kloie and Kira were both so helpful and enthusiastic! Great food-we had the special for the day. We will eat here when we come through Stillwater again.
Terrible! Service was ridiculously slow. Lobster tail was rank and tasted fishy! Biscuits uncooked, baked potatoes over cooked, no butter or cocktail sauce served with fried shrimp and lobster tails. Would not have been an issue except when we asked for these items they were not brought out until the food was cold. The only reason for two stars is because our server was polite and the manager did credit our bill for the one meal. It’s so disappointing to have a bad experience. Always makes you feel like the bad guy! We just wanted a decent meal!
