my order was wrong after going through the drive-through so I parked my car and went up to the lobby doors. The lobby was close so the doors were locked but I knocked to see if I can get someone to come help me so I didn’t have to wait in a long drive-through line again. When I knocked all three employees looked up at me and I waved to signify that I needed help. I saw an employee gesture to not let me in and not help me while the rest of them just stood there. So I went through the drive-through line again (which was SLOW) to get my order right and the workers didnt even apologize to me when i pulled up to the window. not to mention the countless other times I’ve had to go back inside because my order was wrong.
I don't write negative reviews, however this place continues to show signs of poor something????They always are out of something, if its not a food item its a cup, a straw, ice, you have to waite for your food, and it's not been cooked yet.I like Panda Express Food, please do something to make this place run better, I want to eat their but you give me a reason's to go elsewhere.
This place has been an absolute joke recently, last two times I’ve went through the drive thru I’ve had to wait between 20 to 30 minutes to get my food.First bad experience I was told to wait in the parking lot and they would bring my food out when it was ready and they told me it would be 15 minutes, 30 minutes later I walk inside and they had completely forgot about my order which they told me would be another 15 minutes because they had served all the food to customers inside and had to make more. Second trip today I went through the drive through ordered my food, which was a bowl of super greens and broccoli beef and a medium Al a carte of broccoli beef, they told me pull to the side doors and it would be ready in 5 minutes. We waited for 15 minutes so I circled back around and they told me sorry they were waiting on broccoli beef and it would be 3 more minutes. After 5 more minutes of waiting someone came outside to our vehicle and said the guy taking drive thru orders messed the orders up and we finally got our order. For the past couple of months this place has been on a steady downhill trend with service and quality!
Extremely disappointed ? our egg rolls were hard as a rock. A few peices of our chicken were raw. The noodles were burnt and hard as a rock as well. We have come here before and it was good but tonight was a waste of $44
Poor management. Went through the line and ordered a plate, which they then gave the wrong order to us, a kids meal that we payed for prior to actually being given the order. We told them we received the wrong order & they asked what we had ordered, but they still made us pay for the actual order we had on top of the wrong order. It made absolutely no sense. Tried to say that we wouldn’t have to pay for the drink that came with our meal but still had to pay for the meal after the wrong order was already payed for. Lil odd
Doordash drivers do not work for Panda Express. Drivers are independent contractors who pick up and deliver completed and sealed orders. In no way is it the drivers responsibility to finish making orders.
I love the food, but I can't give it 5 stars because they're ALWAYS running out of mushroom chicken. I'm always waiting for them to make more, though it's usually only 10 minutes.
We just picked up food but it was fast, warm and yummy. The orange chicken was a little too spicy for the little kids this time though.
The amount of food I get is nothing, asked the manager for a bit extra chow mein, and he just stares at me dumbfounded as if I asked him an impossible question, and then shakes his head no, I ask can I pay for more, he stares at me again, and then says 'no' and says I can buy an extra side. This place used to be good, but now it's horrible. HAPPY BUDDHA is better
My order was taken quickly and efficiently. The staff was polite and professional. Tried something new. The Beijing Beef was amazing
