I am so tired of paying for a Large fry and only getting a medium fry in a large box. Call me fat if you want but when your a pregnant mom who shares food with her toddler a half empty L fry doesnt cut it when I pay full price. Also speaking as an ex mcmanager. This isnt even mentioning the rest of the order. Not cool. Not acceptible. Wont be back. .
Don’t pay your workers enough so your always understaffed. Have to wait 30 minutes in the line for a DoorDash that has one item. When I call to have them just bring it out they can’t because there’s not enough people to do something that would take 2 seconds. Either keep your lobby open later or pay your workers more. Your wasting my time and money when I could be out doing other orders.
Wow, normally this McDonald's is fairly clean and pretty quick. Went there for breakfast this morning. Waited almost an hour for my order, which was paid for upon making the order. NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Instead, the manager stated they lost the ticket, blamed me, and then proceeded to make me go to the bank to provide proof for an order for less than $10.00. He said he wouldn't do anything or provide professional customer services and wouldn't look up the order. When he supposedly looked into the system, he said he could not find any proof. Once I left, obtained the proof, and then returned, he made no condolences and stated he had already refunded the card and the money "may" be returned in 24-48 hours. This again was after he said he couldn't find proof of the purchase. Waste of time, waste of gas, and also lacking professionalism! Management should be trained and held accountable. This was a complete disappointment and will not be returning to this location. I was treated like my time and money were irrelevant. Absolute disgrace.
I had to go through the drive thru, because even though the door said the lobby closes at 10, the doors were locked at 9:05. Then when i finally got to the window, I got told they were waiting about 2 minutes on a hamburger patty, and they needed me to pull forward. I waited in the space for 15 minutes and had to call the store before they finally brought the food out
Love their sausage and cheese biscuit but other food is good but a little pricey for my budget, I stick to the dollar menu, if you don't check ur bags after purchase at times they leave out food that you paid for and turn around and have to fight with them just to get your food order right, this has happened to me three times so far, even if you have your reciept with you, if you leave and go back when the order is missing something then they told me I probably took it out or I ate it already, which is far from the truth, by the time I went back and fought with the manager and went home all food was cold and fries were limp and not crunchy, so just check your order before you leave. Some of the ladies there are very rude!
Forgot my daughters fries for her happy meal and I ordered 2 Carmel iced coffees and neither one had caramel and no sugar.
Go to the other McDonald’s. This location can only ever remember one out of the two drinks on the past 3 orders I’ve had. Once or twice would be understandable but three times in a row. Come on.
The managers here are awful. There have been multiple OSU basketball games where according to the sign on the door (hours of operation) it should have been open. However, they close the inside to keep the crowds from coming in to order food and thereby push customers to other restaurants.
Great food fast service and didn't mess up my food
I love McDonald’s!!! I like the Kiosks but they don’t always seem to work perfectly. The bathrooms can be a bit dirty at time and can be running low on paper towels. They seem to mess up my order multiple times and I’ve eventually given up on trying to fix my orders. The food is enjoyable though, yet the eating environment just feels unclean so I rather just get it to go.
