I love areana they way she answered the intercom was amazing. I was told she was new but she deserves some good praise for the way she greets customers.

People go to McDonald's because it's supposed to be set quality and flavor. However, this location fails at that, and badlyThe fries are some of the worst I've had at a McDonald's. I've been here at different times, lunch, late afternoon and dinner. They're never goodThe burgers are ok, maybe a little over cooked, so just ok.The place is clean, I'll give them that too.
I was in the drive though today and I have been looking for the experiment stitch since they got released. The man who took my order said they didn't have it and I was bummed. I get to pickup window and the the older lady told me they was finishing my drink and I asked if she knew when they would get the stitch in that I was looking for. She asked me to hold on and she went to find the stitch I was looking for and she found it! Even after I was told they didn't have it. I am so glad she helped me find what I wanted instead of telling me no like everyone else. She made my day!
Very rude night shift! Could definitely use a whole new crew, very slow sat for 45 minutes just for 2 cars!
Every time i come here at 3am their system seems to conveniently “be down” and i cant use the app forcing me to spend almost 2x the money on less food. Absolutely deplorable. The nerve this mcdonald’s has to steal my money because they can’t keep a system up is ridiculous. Never come here if you want a good price !!!!!!
Says 24hrs, get there at 3:30am and sat in the drive through for awhile. We pulled up to the second window and they proceeded to tell us that “we’re close”. Yet is says open 24hrs on the drive through window
They mix up kiosk orders with curbside / mobile orders. Whenever you ask them about mobile orders, they have to inspect the contents to confirm it's your order. Just use thermal printed stickers for all orders. Even after ordering drink orders or meals, they mostly won't hand out drink cups unless asked for. There are very few shifts where you get super efficient employees. Seen McDonald's five times as efficient as this even while working with same number of employees. The Google listing shows dine in is open after hours even though they close at 10PM. These McDonald's are not very dine in oriented for after hours because of an almost non-existent nightlife.
Mobile & Curbside is run very inefficiently. Sat in slot 2 for 30 minutes. Went inside to inquire about order and was told they couldn’t tell me anything.. that everything was “in pending”. She couldn’t verify for me that they even received the order to ensure I wasn’t sitting there for no reason. I cancelled my order and went thru drive thru and got food timely.No point in having curbside or mobile inside picks up if they don’t process them as ordered. Focus is on drive thru only
This store is very poorly run, they ONLY focus on drive thru orders to where (and I counted) 12 cars were served and not ONE of the 3 orders for carry out were being worked on during that time, also people waiting in line to order were being completely ignored. This is the case nearly every time I go in.
