Have been very disappointed with the quality of orders in the past 6 months. I understand supplies have been a challenge but there is no reason for such a huge inconsistency in the product! I mean, how can you get a decent salad one time, and such a substandard salad the next? This has happened 5 times now. I think I’m done with this location. Sad..used to be one of my favorite places to eat..
The food is always delicious and fresh, and the staff are very helpful. The restaurant is bright and clean. We enjoy eating here when we are in Stillwater.
I love there King Club and ultimate nachos. Staff is friendly and has fast service. Wish they had the watermelon lemonade though....
The Memphian Baguette was delicious!!
Customer service was great and the staff seemed happy to be there. The jalapeño Turkey Crunch sandwich was delicious and I had an Arnold Palmer which was also great. The mac-n-cheese was just alright.
One of the better places to eat for a less fatty/caloric meal. Their pick 2 menu is super. The prices seem reasonable.
This place has been an absolute joke for the past couple months, we frequently order to go here and about 1 out of 5 trips the order is actually right. Every time we get our order we now have to completely check everything before we even leave. Ever since they switched to the clear Mac and cheese cups and paper to go packaging the quality has been poor and definitely not worth my money! Another thing is the kitchen staff always seems to be so unmotivated when we go and whenever the order gets messed up they give me attitude like it’s my fault. If I’m paying that much money for an order it better be right and don’t give me attitude if it’s wrong!
Usually very good. Today was an off day for them, being out of Mac and cheese for the little one. But my wife's potato and salad weren't the most delicious either. Mine was good - roast beef sandwich.
Mr. Fry was very disappointed in their catering service December 9th, 2021.The service was unsatisfactory. He needs them to know, the soda was ordered and paid for but not delivered until 4 hours after event was over.When he tried to contact someone in the establishment, his phone calls were not received, nor were his messages returned.This event was very important and we feel very let down.
I got an Italian sandwich to go at 9:40 on 11-12. When i opened the box everything seemed ok. I pulled out what seemed to be a tiny toothpick from my sandwich.Halfway into my sandwich I bit into 2 other small pieces of toothpick, it seems the toothpick somehow broke into 3 separate pieces!!! which I almost choked on!!! I have bought food here at least twice a week for a year and nothing like this has ever happened
