We came on 6/11/22 around 8pm. The Stillwater location was out of multiple flavors, chocolate sauce, all fruit. I felt bad for the employees. We left and went to Braums. Very disappointed. Send someone to ho get fruit, chocolate sauce, the basics.
They are always out of toppings, it never fails, half the time they only have half the ice cream selection, never any shake mix or it’s milk they are missing! It’s ALWAYS something! Lately it’s been you show up during hours they are supposed to be open and the lights are off and no one in there?! What gives? I wish Orange Leaf was still in town….terrible business.
My boyfriend and I went at 9:40pm and the doors were locked even though the sign outside said “we are open” and the store is supposed to close at 10pm. The girl inside saw us and went to the back and turned off the lights even though there was 20 minutes left. I’ve heard that this has happened multiple times at this location and it’s honestly just really unprofessional.
I placed an online order and drove 35 minutes from another town to pick it up, only for the store to be closed during their open hours with no sign on the door or Facebook post as to why they’re closed. I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone either so I wasted gas and dragged my toddler along in the car for over an hour for no reason.
The ice cream is very delicious!Freya was very friendly and helpful!
Came in near closing time, the employee was sitting at a table and rolled her eyes at us when we walked in. I asked for my normal ice cream (chocolate) however they said it wasn’t displayed at the moment so they said I couldn’t get it. Confused why they couldn’t go get it, instead, they just said no. So I left.
If I could rate less than a 1 star, I would. My husband called and placed an order for a cookie and cream ice cream cake a little over a week ago to be picked up the 25th of January. I pull up to the store to find out that the store is closed on that date. The employee who took the order did not notify us of this at all. So, now I have no cake for my 6-year-old's birthday.
The guy working the night of 1-2-22 was very friendly, but they were out of all waffle cone stuff also no brownies from great American. I got 2 slices of cookie cake and it was definitely off and didn't taste like any other gac I have ever been to. I actually only ate half of one piece and threw the rest of it and the other full piece away. The icing tasted different and so did the cookie. The cookie had a crispy crunchy top. I was not impressed at all. Guess I should have got ice cream. The place was nice and clean and like I said the guy working was friendly, just the cookies and icing etc didn't taste right.
The ice cream was perfect! The staff was very nice and let us try any ice cream flavor we wanted. She was cooking fresh brownies so the whole place smelled wonderful!
I ordered a birthday cake a month in advance and also called a few days before to change the pickup time and confirm my order. The day of to go pick it up they said they can’t find the order and don’t have anything they can do. I am extremely displeased with this and the fact that all they did was say sorry can’t help you. Everyone makes mistakes, but how you handle the fallout says a lot about the business and employees. Will NOT give them any money in the future.
