Stopped in to grab a pizza after a long day at work. I literally live 5 minutes away, and when I got home and opened the box, not only is the pizza tough, it’s not even somewhat warm. What a disappointment. I guess that’s what you get for picking up cheap pizza. No thanks.
complaint. I ordered buffalo wings with extra sauce and a pep pizza. store is about 10-15 minutes from me. I get home, the wings are bbq, (which I am allergic too). I had to drive back to the store, they replaced the wings but not the now cold pizza. That Manager was getting loud in the cooking area instead of coming out to talk to me. See, if something is wrong with the order then the entire order is not complete. She said if the pizza was fine when you left then no I cant get you another one. Now, my entire order that i just spent 15$ on is cold. I will be certain to leave a review everywhere I can. I undersstand customer service workers deal with a lot of difficult people, I am not one, never raised my voice, asked if I need to pay more for a fresh pizza, the guy at the counter said nothing we can do.This is so unacceptable. I really want to drive there and get a complete refund, but Im concerned an altercation might insue,due the the Manager having such a nasty attitude. I expect you all to be in touch with me. Waisting money is never fun.
Got wings, the Twix brownie treat, and an extra most bestest thin crust pizza. Pulled first slice, it was Goofy Movie cheese. Wings on point. Juicy and perfect amount of sauce. The treat was delicious, weird kinda dessert. Would order again
Bat pizza is definitely.. interesting. We weren't a fan of the end pieces. Crazy bread was really good, those were smashed immediately. Ordered using the app and picked up super quickly using the code they provided and picked up in the automatic machine. Recommend the app if you're not a fan of waiting in line.
When we arrived they were extremely busy, but the pizza was perfect. It wasn't thrown together as I have seen in other restaurants just because they were busy.
The pizza is decent, but half the time I call in, the phone is off the hook. Also, my order comes out incorrect a good part of the time.Update: I work down the road and eat here 2+ times a week. Still making the same mistake each time I call in my food!Update: dropped my review to 1* this is the worst and least consistent restaurant I’ve ever purchased from… come on guys, get it together.I’ll totally rewrite my review if you can make my food correctly! It’s great pizza for the price!
Went the other night. Everyone was polite and professional and courteous. My pizza was served quickly and hot.
I used the app and ordered a surpreme. I got a pepperoni when I called to try and fix it they hung up on me. I can't go to the store and confront it because I don't own a car and they close before I am off work.
Good food, however service was kinda slow. Went over by 24 minutes..
Ordered my pizza which should of been hot n ready already. At 7pm pizza wasn't even ready till 7:54pm so much for hot n ready. Tried to save some time by buying online.
