Good food fast . I live in Ponca City , there is nothing good to eat . When I come to Stillwater , I make sure to eat or bring back food .
This evening I decided to order at 9:33 pm both locations close at 10 here in my town. I feel bad for waiting so late to do so but at the same time the business was still open. It is currently 10:17 as I right this post and I have still not received my delivery….I have highlighted the time on the tracking app when it was placed when I looked to see where it was and the date of which it was placed. This is ridiculous you sure as heck took my money already and delivered no food. I get it’s Covid season and most places are short headed and we can have longer delivery times but almost an hour on two sandwiches. I have tried to call the shop and one is even answering at the shop to check on the order.
“I’d like a giant number nine please.”“Was that a giant number five?”“No, a giant number nine please.”“Oh! Okay, we’ll have your total at the next window.”Turned out to be a giant number five, got charged for a giant number five. I called and asked if I could replace the sandwich with the correct one, explaining the situation to the guy on the phone. Asked if I had to bring in my receipt or the incorrect sandwich. Guy on the phone said I could just show up and have it replaced.Turns out if they charge you for and give you the incorrect sandwich, you can’t have it replaced.Employees all did fine, I have no complaint towards them. Everything was handled very well at the counter and over the phone, and the number five tastes good. However, my issue is with Jimmy John’s business practice and the resulting time that was wasted by driving there, back, there, and back again, only to never actually get the sandwich I wanted. It’s not like I was going to argue with some guy probably getting paid borderline minimum wage either, that would have been a waste of both of our times.Anyways, just make sure that when you order here you enunciate your numbers clearly into the microphone. Otherwise, you might end up with a sandwich without ham, onions, and other assorted toppings that separate the delicious number nine from the measly number five. :(

It's been a hot minute since I've ordered from them, but when I did it was always very good. Today I wanted a sandwich and thought I'd go for it again .... I was NOT disappointed in the least. I got exactly what I ordered, and it arrived in less than 10 minutes after I placed my order. The food was delicious, veggies were crisp and ripe, very fresh just as advertised. The bread was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. None of it was soggy or mushy, tasted like it was made fresh to order .... excellent quality. And the pickle? Mmmmmm crunchy and crispy, delicious.Who can have a complaint about that??!!
