Ordered 24 box lunches from this location on Saturday and when my employees called to check in and see if the order was ready, they told her they didn't have an order. She called both locations in Stillwater just to be sure and when she called they hung up on her twice. I called to see why they didn't have the order and the employee called me a liar and hung up on me. When they told my employees that they didn't have the food they had to order elsewhere and then ten minutes later I get a call that my order is ready.
Normally really enjoy this place. Today I ordered a giant and only revived have of the sandwich. It was still delivered quickly, but wish I could have got the other half…
I order a lot from JJ this one particularly because they deliver on campus for cheap. I have never felt compelled to leave a review until today. I went through pickup this time on my way to work and they forgot my chips. I plan out all my meals the day before so this does cause some struggle as I’m reaching certain macros and calories. I called and asked if they could just reimburse me no biggie. The guy offered to have them bring them to me. He was so nice and felt bad about me not having my chips. Because this fixed my daily intake delinks I took him up on the offer. It’s a bag of chips they didn’t have to do that but they did and that’s great caring about your customers.
Freaky fast more like freaky slow definitely has room for improvement
I drove almost an hour to go get Jimmy John's last night with a couple of friends. We double checked the store hours online before leaving. We got there, there was no notifications that the stores were closing early, and the employees inside didnt even have the decency to tell us they were closed, they even looked at us and just looked away. I come fairly often and I always tip. I wont be going back to either location near me anytime soon (Stillwater, Ok)and I certainly wont tip anymore. However I drove down the street to the local Wendy's, who did have accurate hours posted, and they were happy to get our business and the tip we left them.
This restaurant was efficient when first opening and quite some time afterwards. For a few months now we have had issues with our order. We have food delivered often to our office which is in very close proximity. Over and over the order is not correct. They leave the cheese off of a ham and cheese, you order mayo packets and they never come, the drink and/or chips is ALWAYS getting left behind at the restaurant and the delivery service has gone from Freaky Fast to not fast at all. This is not a review after a one time experience, but a review given after many attempts at giving it another try. Today topped the cake when we placed an online order at 10:40AM and set it up for a 12:00 delivery. It arrived at 12:25. When I called I was told my food was ready at the restaurant but they were waiting for a delivery driver to get back. It is always something. Food is usually good...occasionally extra dry bread.

This place is the place I typically love to eat for lunch do to the taste of their #5 Vito sandwich. That fact coupled with the fact you can add and subtract things from your sandwich at your discretion makers for a great treasure of tastes. A big plus is the family like feeling you get from howthe staff interact with each other and the customers; you truly can feel how they are unaffected by busy days.
