Got to be the best small brew in Oklahoma. Go sit in tap room, get a 4 rack of samples and enjoy. There were 2 of us. We each got the sample rack x2 for each of us. We got to sample every beer. Definitely Stilly Wheat is the go to brew. However the stouts really rocked. We even got a skinny keg for the kegarator, IPA Payne County. Stronger alcohol content with tons of flavor. No matter what you choose, they're all good and definitely me and my boys new go to water hole. No smoking inside, so it's a great atmosphere to drink and watch them brew through the window. Tours are given on Saturdays and really cool.

Great local brewery making some fantastic micro brews. take the tour (check website) and get an Iron Monk pint glass and a flight of beers to same after. The tour was great and shows you how some hard work and dream can become a great business. they use grains from all over the world as well as local. I have pictured a flight of Stouts. milk stout is solid, definitely taste the chocolate and espresso notes. The bourbon barrel aged chocolate Habenero is wicked smooth with a nice spicy finish. for the non stout lovers their flagship Stilly Wheat is a great wheat beer using Wheat developed at Oklahoma State University. they have several versions where this as used as a base and infused with Raspberries, or even Limeade or Lemonade. great choices and great staff, stop by you won't be disappointed.
