Air conditioner is out inside and I was sweating bullets by the time I got out of there. It wouldn’t have taken so long had they of offered everything it says they do on the app and also if they had a scanner to scan the barcode on the app where you can collect points for their rewards system. I don’t know what it up with this location but they need to step up their game. The cookies were amazing or I would never go back again. The poor guy that was working had to be in that heat all day. I feel so bad for him. Under the circumstances he was really nice.
I was having a horrible night and thought I would order something to make it betterSomehow they messed up every single part of my order, it's like they can't read or operate an oven which is a shame, as that is essentially their one job
Always good for a night time cookie craving! Expensive? Yes! But those are some good cookies!
Placed an ordered and didn’t leave the bakery till exactly an hour later. I understand if the specific cookies I wanted needed to be remade (reheated? Not sure how they’re made there.) but with no communication? I got no call, text, email as to why it was taking so long and was about to call as soon as I got the text it’s barely leaving. Communication needs to be improved greatly if that was the reason it took an HOUR just to leave the business, not even to be delivered yet.
Ordered 5 hours ahead, which is probably good because the order arrived 2 hours late. Imagine if I'd ordered 20-30 minutes ahead like their claimed delivery time! I called the store multiple times and they repeatedly told me my order was leaving the store right then. The last time I called and pointed out it was nearly 2 hours late, the guy on the phone just said yeah. When I pointed out he'd told me an hour ago that it was leaving the store he just said yeah again. They clearly do not care about timelines or customer service at all.
Alot of bad reviews, but I was a walk in customer, not delivery.I found this cookie shop while visiting stillwater and OMG! DIABETES.I could eat a boxful. Yummy, soft, warm, delishness....GET IN MY MOUTH.I went on a holiday weekend and they were out of a lot of their regular cookies but no matter, I gobbled up some outside my usual favs. They did NOT disappoint.
I'm not big on sweet stuff, but I eat it occasionally.The peanut butter cookies here are the best I've ever had. Lord, they are wonderful. IDK about the others, the five times I've been here over the last couple years it's been all about peanut butter.Maybe I'll get another kind next time.
I placed an order for delivery, was told it would be 20-30 minutes. After an hour went by I called and was told they couldn't find my ticket and they would need to place it again. And it would be delivered in 10 minutes, well another 45 minutes went by and finally they dropped them at the front door. Then 2 of the cookies were broken and they didn't even try to compensate with any additional cookies since it took almost 2 hours for them to deliver them. I do not recommend delivery!! They said they had a rough day and I understand that but don't give false hope of a shorter delivery time when they clearly knew it would be 2 hours!!
Staff was very helpful. Cookies were delicious. Definitely would go back.
I've been to this location a couple of times. No matter what time you visit, the cookies are always got and soft like they just came out of the oven. A cookie place with milk should be the standard but isn't in most places so to find tons of milk was awesome. This time I tried the punkin spice latte cookie and the peanut chip cookie, both were amazing. I will definitely return here when I'm in town.
