It started out as a 4 star location when it opened but the past 3 times have been disappointing and cold food.
Clerk got my order wrong, but he was quick to fix it. Burrito was really messy and tough to eat. Why is the drink machine wrapped in plastic wrap?
I know most people think ? another taco fast place, however lemonade ✔️ and cheesecake bites is a must and yes its really good.....
Waited 20 minutes before being told it would be another 20-30 minutes. Others there had been waiting an hour. Offered refund for food ordered, but did not refund drink which would have been an appreciated gesture considering the situation. Completely understaffed. Drive through should have been closed long before we got there.
Okay it's just fast food but it's pretty good and the people are always super nice. And it is quick.
Had my usual taco. They are really nice. I misplaced my wallet & they just GAVE me my food at no cost. They always prepare my orders correctly. They are open until 2 a. m. Yeah!
The service is all over. First time we went here it was great, the last 5 times or so? God awful. Tostada's are always inconsistent. Sometimes they're made "properly" other times its like they threw everything in and shook the box up a bunch, my girlfriend gets sour cream on them and it's a gamble whether we actually get it or not. Bean and cheese burritos used to be a staple for me, but now I'm getting whole beans that are cold as hell(with everything that gets refriend beans, not just these, tostada's included). I don't know what's going on, but the quality of this place as spiraled downward FAST and I wish it wasn't so bad..Management really needs to step up and take control of the situation. Looks at all the bad recent reviews...
Just got a few value tacos. Probably the worst taco I've ever had. Tortilla shell tasted like it had been fried in decade old grease and then it was cold - like been in the fridge cold. Last time wasn't great either but this time has made me positive I won't be back.
Please send someone from the Edmond location ASAP!! This one needs a ton of help and training!! The food is low quality and NEVER good here! Sorry I don't like leaving bad reviews but please anyone??
I gave this failed franchise several chances, but no longer. It makes me kind of angry how bad this place is. I've had people bring my food out to my car who told me themselves they didn't even work there. The soda is always watery, and now I can't even get a correct order or a fresh tortilla.
