Ordered 2 BBQ bacon cheeseburgers one fry and a cheese tots 2 small drinks. Had a long wait from order to recieving, in fainess only one employee and he was kept pretty buisy so not bothered by it. The burgers were simple. 2 meat patties 2 strips of bacon slice of cheese and a small bit of BBQ. Somewhat dissapointed with the amount of BBQ but other than that it was seasoned well and enjoyed the meal.
Customer service was good, but the prices were over the top for food worth less than 5 dollars and not very impressive taste

$8.50 for a fried onion burger with zero onions is nuts. The burger tasted about like a frozen burger or fast food. Sad to see Coney go down hill so much since changing hands.
$9.75 for 7 slices of fried pickles is ridiculous. I know doordash upsells, but not by that much. The onion burger was dry, meat flavorless, and no condiments at all. Crawdaddy hotdog was an absolute waste of a perfectly good Nathan’s hotdog. That jalapeno relish is an abomination, tastes like vomit. Absolutely nothing redeemable about this experience.

I gave any stars at all because the food was good as always. They don’t get the other 3 because customer service has gone down significantly. The girl that took our order was very rude. Then she brought our food out and dropped it in front of us and walked off. When I say dropped, I mean literally dropped it from a few inches above the table. She clearly did it as a statement. I may not be going here in the future.
Between 2019 and now, the expected quality went down. It probably got a bit pricey too.
Not at all the same place from when I was going to school. The place got a face lift but $5.50 for a regular coney?!?!... I guess next time I come back for a game I'll hit another old favorite. Hope they don't disappoint too.
