I have never felt compelled to write a review before unfortunately here we are. I do not eat here anymore, they have gotten the order wrong literally every single time. They have like 20 or so items in the entire store, it is mind blowing how incompetent you have to be to mess something like this up. Also the amount of meat is so insanely small, 1-2 oz in the burrito pictured, so the nutrition information is blatantly incorrect.
Every time we go it just keeps getting worse. Regardless of who the server is they barely put anything in it even when we said that it’s going to not have all the toppings just a handful so we’d appreciate good amounts. Had to ask to put more rice, Barely had any beans, like 4 pieces (!) and didn’t ask if there was any more coming soon. Barely placed any meat! And then the meat quality is so poor, all fatty, we had to ask to add a little bit more in case he didn’t notice it was all fat, so he added a half spoon not serving spoon. And they just think it’s all okay that there’s hardly any food on the bowl. Filled it up with a lot of lettuce to make it look like it’s full. It’s like everyone there gets told to be stingy with everything but then charge the same amount. It’s going to be the last time, I thought it would be better but No, there’s way better resto and service than this place.
I paid $14 for a double steak burrito and they always give me half a serving of steak. I've had to ask for refunds multiple times now because they keep ripping me off. If you order for pickup double check they got your order right. Also they are terrible at folding burritos. I'll get all the hot sauce at the bottom and all the protein at the top.
The food was delicious. The burritos were also pretty good size which I liked.
Cant beat the taste! Always fills me up! Well worth the money! And they go through lines quick! 10/10!!!
How does this restaurant not be able to have ice available. Go buy bags of you can't keep soda ice machine working. Who wants to eat here with no iced drinks?
We ordered online and they gave us a time to come get it and it was 45 minutes later, after the time it would be ready, before we got our food. The food was good...the price is high for what you get...probably won't go back.
I was having a rough day but the staff here were all so so wonderful, one girl complimented my dress and truly made my day, never a dull experience here! Not to mention the food is always fire!
I ordered “tortilla on the side”. Wasn’t the best. It’s like they just heated up an already prepared one and gave it to me.
