The service just keeps getting worse and worse here. We decided to give it another ago tonight, which ended with a bigger disappointment than the last. We(2 people)arrived at 7:40 and was immediately sat down at a table. We waited about 3 mins for our waiter to show up and took our drink orders and appetizer order. Our drinks were 2 unsweet teas, but I requested sweet n low with mine. He immediately returns to the table with 2 sweet n low packets, but no drinks. When our appetizer came out about 5 mins later, the lady bringing it out noticed we didn’t have our drinks, so she brings them to us. We ordered the triple dip, in which the queso came out cold and maybe 1/4 of the cup full. 28 mins later , our server still had not returned to our table to take our order. So, I asked to speak to manager, who I informed we were leaving because of the poor service. He did apologize, then walks over to act like he is going to speak with the waiter, but then just starts rearranging stuff on another table. We left and probably won’t ever be back. What’s sad is the food is usually always good…if you can get past the HORRIBLE service!
I ordered chilli's tonight and when I call too make sure everything was in the bag they told me no ribs and I asked for a refund and the lady that picked the phone up told me they couldn't do that even tho I order from door dash before and the places I have order from gave me a refund with out me having too go threw door dash too get my money back instead of tryna sub my meal for something I didn't want and gave me a cup of queso half way filled and then ask them could we get another one tomorrow because we was not tryna come out of are home that's why we got delivered and the manager was talking about people always tryna take advantage of are queso and say they didn't get a nuff and we would have too go threw door dash tomorrow for a refund on queso even tho Im telling him I'm tryna get one fill too the top but I will come tomorrow he said no so I told him I'm just gonna come out of my house late at night for something I had delivered too me and had too get my kids out the house for something so small and I'm upset when my girl ask too speak too the manager the first time she kept saying he can't help untill I got on the phone and spoke with him just know I was a loyal customer but I'm taking my money too another business until things can get corrected around there

To be fair, I have had meals at Chili's that I thought were quite good. Turns out chicken quesadillas and a burger-like chicken sandwich did not meet that standard. The quesadillas were oddly short on cheese, and were just plain bland. The sandwich was fine except for the main ingredient. The slab of chicken was huge, but that was the problem. It was too thick to have that grilled taste we were expecting. All in all, a pretty blah meal.
This was the Greatest experience I've ever had at chili's. Our server Kate was way beyond awesome. I had her choose my dinner. She did not disappoint nor did she second guess it. As we're talking finds out we're from the same place went to same school and knows the same things about where we lived. She is amazing. Everytime we go I will make sure she is out server. Thank you so much for your great service.
My server Derrick was super awesome!!! He definitely needs to keep doing what he’s doing. Never let our drinks get empty. Got food to us fast food was perfect! He talked to us about our options and side options even though I had a sore throat he took his time to understand what I wanted! Thank you for the best meal service!
Lots.of tables available with a 15 minute wait. They took my number and we sat down right on front of them on the bench. 15 minutes passed then 25. At this point they have seated people who showed up after us. They took down my number wrong. We are sitting right in front of them didn't bother asking for Mike party of 2 just passed us over.
Service was excellent but food was mediocre. Wings and nachos weren’t so great, no seasoning on fries! I ate from my friend plate and his food was good. He had chicken strips and loaded mash potatoes.
Seated as soon as we got there with menu ,waiter took drink order then after returning took a food order .food came out rather quick ,was hot and correct.awesome service very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend
The best thing about the food here is how well it fit right back in the bag I got it in so I could walk it out to my dumpster. Will not be eating food from here again.
