I order online 2 rodeo chzburgers and when I arrived 20 min.ago the lady was upset saying next time tell them at the speaker instead of just pulling up to the window. When I got my food it was cold ,no cheese ,hard old onion rings and I will be definitely calling corporate .I'm extremely upset even my 2 orders of jalapeño poppers were cold .just cause they were closing no customer's are supposed to be treated this way period and I just tried my Hershey pie it was hot and melted .I'm also going to see what I can about this .I didn't eat none of this food cause your not able too yuck ?
Fantastic been along time since I had BurgerKing food was great, driver thru guy was personable funny and prompt. Order was correct. Even the sauces. Hood job yall.?
Seriously the kindest employees ever. My car battery died in the parking lot and they helped me jump it in the freezing cold and snow. Thank you so much for all your help!!!
They really need better or more help. Either way they are too SLOW getting food out. I always wait at least 10- 15 mins in the drive through and only have lobby open literally ONLY during the day. So inconvenient and waste of time. Also even all the time we wait the food is cold.
We went there today and they left out my son's chicken nuggetsThey're nice but I haven't had the best experience dining there or going through the drive thru.

Very hit or miss with the staff and food...sometimes it's like they can't get rid of you fast enough, other times they go above and beyond for the customers...get the right consistency, and this place is actually a good branch
I have never gotten bad food from this Burger King before. But this time it was horrible. The only thing that was good was the fries.
1st off they messed up my order I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers they gave me due to double hamburgers whenever I went to go fix the situation the manager tries to play it off like I was wrong and gave me an attitude about the situation And then try to play it off like somebody miss spoke or Is miss heard when we repeated ourselves 3 times I think that the manager on staff the evening of November 9th November 9th 2021 could use some customer service skills
