I went through the drive through and attempted to ask about availability for flavors, was continuously interrupted and my order was assumed for me multiple times when I was asking. In the end I didn’t even get what I was asking for and my ice-cream had the consistency that it was thawed and refrozen. I have also come here in the past and was immediately told there was no gluten-free flavors even though multiple options are available on the website that were also there in person so I would be wary if you have gluten sensitivities or celiacs as the staff are not knowledgeable on what allergens are in the food.
I have to eat wheat and corn free so I ordered my burger without a bunch. They were very accommodating, but the patty was a little dry. I will stick with a salad next time.
This place has real struggles!! Understaffed usually. Burger can be good sometimes. Ice cream can be portioned correctly or entirely too small. Never the same... Special orders go unheard most of the time.. management is weak... We do love the ice cream and the wife keeps going back!!
First time customer, their ice cream and frozen yogurt are delicious! We'll be back next time we're in Stillwater.
I got severe food poisoning from here. The manager genuinely seemed concerned but after talking I learned they have zero control over their staff's cleaning procedures. My recommendation to the manager is to start sending people home, writing them up and or firing incompetent employees. They are going to get someone killed. I will never eat at a Braums again.
Fast and efficient. Plus if you want a legit shake at a fair price, come here.
This Braums serious needs to take a leadership training course from the chicken fillet management. I have been sitting in line of 3 cars for almost 26 minutes. Then had to wait when I got to the speaker to order.Chick filled has this concept of drive thru down. Even the Braums on the other side of town can keep the 2 lanes of traffic moving. Someone from the Administration needs to listen to these comments. There is a serious issue here..
Staff is nice and friendly. Store is always clean and organized. I grocery shop here often.
Very good braums. A huge market to buy lots of food from, and RV and truck parking which was so convenient because we had a trailer on the back our truck at the time. And we ate about 9 or 10 pm that night and the food was good, which you'd think at night the workers wouldn't care, but they still served us great food. ?
Their ice cream is excellent. The produce/milk/mini-grocery is also very handy if you just need to pick up a few items. The burgers and other hot food are typical quality for fast food, not great but predictable. Cleanliness of the store always seems to be an issue with Braums...this one is fairly good, but I guess it's hard to keep the floors really clean when kids are spilling ice cream regularly...
