My girlfriend and I came here during a tornado warning. The manager allowed us to huddle with the employees in the safety of the walk-in freezer. After the danger passed, we ordered food and they gave us an extra helping of freshly cooked fries. 10/10, would huddle again.
Had Braums version of egg mcmuffin this AM. It was terrible .Muffin dry like pulled from the bag, not toasted or even heated in microwave. Ham tough as leather.Cheese slice still cold from Fridge. Tater tots were room temperature to slightly cool. The coffee was literally undrinkable. Easily the worst coffee I have ever tried. I will never make this mistake again.
The bacon was good... I'd asked for well done. Their eggs were good but I had to eat around the hard yellow that they get when they sit. Wish they wouldn't serve it like that... but they do.
This is the best Braums that Stillwater has to offer. The store side is neat and tidy, and is easy to shop. And the resturant side is clean and well maintained. The drive through is fast and the staff are friendly. An all over nice experience! I would highly recommend visiting this store!
Love eating ice cream with my son here they are very nice and keep the place very clean! Love this location!
Braums stores are consistently good. Getting a genuinely good meal while traveling or a quick lunch. Braums is very good at what they do! The ice cream is really good and now that most stores offer a market for dairy and produce, they are on my shopping list.
This is by far the dirtest Braum's we have ever been to. The tables,floors,windows blinds,shake machines we very nasty. We will not be going back. It is such a shamed that it looks so bad. The parking lot was cleaner than the inside. Their headquarters should come and take a look.
Second visit to this ice cream chain...second trip as good as the first, I mean really where can you go for dinner and get a chef's salad and a hand made Banana Split for about Ten Bucks.We ate at one in Clinton, it was good all the way around, good food, good service and a good price.Did one in Stillwater, OK, tonight, same deal, good food, good service and a good price.Need a burger and a ice cream fix, this is the deal..
The worker on drive-thru was so friendly and nice. The food tastes great. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
One of the dirtiest Braums I've ever been in. The shake machines look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Counters were dirty, tables were dirty. When I walked in there were three people behind the counter and none even acknowledged me. Finally someone came from the back(manager?) who took my order for 1 crispy chicken sandwich. Sandwich was lukewarm and had to have been sitting for awhile because it was dried out. I don't live in ok but visit often and have always been pleased with the cleanliness, good food and service. This store needs a visit from corporate to inspect. My sister, who is going thru chemo wanted me to bring her a shake, but I drove to another location to get it just to be safe.
