Jeez tough to say “Worst BBQ Experience” I have from eating BBQ once a week or two for last 20 or so years, but this place is definitely in the running. There are a ton of things wrong with this place but the funniest is that they charge you an extra dollar for macaroni and cheese and it’s straight out of the generic box and they couldn’t even get the cheese sauce mix right. I got the triple meat plate with ribs brisket and pulled pork: the one rib I got was like jerky, they had to cut the brisket thin because it was so dry and the pulled pork was maybe a table spoonful of meat. This with a drink, two sides and a piece of cornbread was $31 with a two dollar tip. Skip it, skip this place.
Bad Brad's Bbq used to be the best bbq in the area....today's visit was awful all around. The food was cold or burnt, and small amounts of food other than cold, over cooked fries (and extremely over priced ) and the service was barely there! Overall, I wont be going back anytime!!! I wouldnt recomend this restaurant at all. Such a shame. Before they relocated the food and servers was the best. Very disappointed
After another restaurant couldn't handle our large group Bad Brad's Bar-B-Q stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the ballpark.
If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I called in regards to my food being given away to someone else and the customer service I received was absolutely horrible. Someone yelled at me and cursed me out and then proceeded to hang up in my face. Then proceeded to say I was rude as a reason not to replace my food or money. I do not do arguing or drama I just can not take the stress.As a African American times are already difficult as it is I will not let something as simple as BBQ ruin my day. My food was not replaced even after being offered a gift card then being told I could not receive the gift card so I was lied to. The food may be okay but the customer service is lacking a bunch. I feel rather disturbed the way I was treated. I do not think anyone should be treated the way I was it is one thing to not replace food but it another to disrespect an honorable customer who has spent money at an establishment for a long time. I think it is safe to say me and my family will spend our money somewhere else where customer service is top priority. I am okay with my food not being replaced I only wish that the way the message could have been delivered were a bit more professional. I find it very unprofessional for an establishment to speak to customers like I was spoken to. Very very very very sad.
When you walk in the lady at the register wants to take your order and payment right there....she was upset that my elderly inlaws wanted to sit down and look at a menu before ordering. Was rude when we went back up and ordered.....acted like we were interrupting her free time. You have to order alcoholic drinks at the bar.....no bar menu at the tables. Margarita tasted like it came from the party buckets you buy at Walmart and she forgot to salt the glass. Food was subpar....brisket and sausage plate...2 little slices of brisket and 5 or 6 slices of sausage. Side salad was some wilted iceberg lettuce and onion slices and a little cheese. And you have to ask for forks and knives. After you receive your food you never see the server again.....you get your own drink...your own bbq sauce (tasted like kraft bbq sauce) and are told to get your own to go box.The meat had no smoke flavor at all. Rib Crib meats have better flavor than this place and better service. Will not be back.And this was 2pm on a wendesday afternoon....only one other table....so not busy.
Had a hot link sandwich combo. The fries were were tasty without being dried out. The link had sauce on it. I added more sauce which wasn't hot as a I asked.for0
Great smoke flavor on the meat. Pulled pork nachos were amazing and if you haven't tried the fried fish you have got to try it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Huge selection of whiskey, bourbon and even tequila at the bar.
Went in earlier this week for dinner with my parents and brother while they were in town. The Smoked Old fashion was so good my brother said he’ll have to come get one every time he is in town. The fried fish is probably my new favorite item on the menu and I’m so disappointed I’ve waited this long to try it. Even my 6 year old loved it! The burnt ends were absolutely perfect and my mom said she’s going to to have a hard time enjoying anyone else’s fried pickles because theirs are the best!
Ordered one rack of ribs oh, we dined in. Three people eating oh, ribs leftover they were small and tough. Used to be my wife's favorite place to eat in Stillwater. Very disappointing.
I just loitered in Brad's parking lot for a few minutes and I'd pay just for the privilege of being within smelling distance. Best bbq I've smelled all year! I'll be back during business hours!
